Worst customer service I've ever had. We used to love dominos but the new management has zero customer service skills. We were treated like dirt, only because the management was overwhelmed and stressed wanting a smoke break. This isn't my 1st issue, I've been silent about others but this was so beyond belief this time I feel the need to speak up. We weren't helped at all yet time was taken away from other customers to scream at us, we never received our food and they denied a refund until they realized we weren't leaving without one or the other. No one should be treated like we were that day especially in front of others or by someone in management. We wasted almost 2 hours of our time waiting on pizza they refused to give us, even though it was already paid for and already cooked because they made it a point to show us the food. Never again will I give dominos my business.
Edit to add that I did contact corporate due to the severity of the mistreatment from management only for them never to contact me back. It took multiple complaints and several weeks to finally receive one email back asking for a time they can call me. When I responded with a time, I still never received a call. I sent one more email and let them know I now understood the terrible management they've chosen is just a clear reflection of the terrible corporate company as a whole. This is by far a first in my lifetime seeing owners genuinely not care about their employees, customers or reputation. I am content with my family and I's decision to never do business with them again. Read moreWent to pizza hut for 3 medium pan pizzas and the cashier said my total was 63.00!!!!! I told her forget it!!!!! Went to dominos they were very nice And they had menus, they had salads, and a huge selection of different things to get all sounding and looking amazing. The total on my 3 medium made to order pan pizzas and a couple of the sides with a couple of 20 0z cokes was 36 bucks, and they brought my takeout to my car!!!!?? So there pizza hut, Waycross, ga with your snappy little waitress, no menus, no salads, no selection and not to mention that jacked up, ridiculous total of my 3 medium pizzas being DOUBLE of Dominos price, I could tell in about 10 minutes of me going straight from memory trying to order, and me being told we don't have menus, we don't do salads, and a totally empty dining area, and all the employees just standing around talking and doing nothing!!, They clearly just didn't want to be there and no concern for any customers telling me No, No No on all my request. They may have well all just went home but no they were riding that clock and corporate may as well shut them down!!! All the lights in the dining room were off anyways right during regular dinner hours and my ticket being jacked up to 60 something bucks so they could have drug and alcohol money for the night,,,, NO THANKS PIZZA HUT! Read moreI went in today, picked up sales menu the girl at counter in Waycross on knight Ave. I ordered extravaganza and the 5.99 each, 2 toppings for 2 medium pizza but because i didnt ask for 2 pizzas she charged me 10 99 for one. I was very dissappointed what kind of customer service is that? She should have explained that i could get 2 for only a 1.00 more. But she didnt. I said something and she said i had to ask for 2 and then the cook came up and joined in with her. I had already paid with a cc. She said she would refund and it would take 7 days fir refund and would do the order over so, i told her i would pay the bal with cash so she didnt have to do refund the young man that took her side on the ask for the sale in order to get it, showed her how. My thing is if you dont know about the sale you dont know to ask for it. Very poor customer service in my opinion. I have been in customer service since i was 16 i am 59 i order over the phone to Dominos all the time. And so does my relatives. I walk in and get attitude.
