Late morning with family doing for family I hadn't had anything to eat or drink since I had risin to a cloudy day. I do love premium coffee hot or cold. I had seen Starbucks up the street aways. I had a mobile order to pick up in-store! Walked in store with no welcome-in greeting Used restroom and proceeded to wait on the $18 worth of drinks that after prep should have been placed at the assigned in-store area on counter! Still no greeting from two females working in the store. You could see them working on orders for drive-thru. Finally, after about 10 minutes, the girl working the drive-thru asked if we had an order. She had it at the window and stated they keep all their drinks over there to keep an eye on them!
