Bagel O's Inc — Restaurant in Wayne

I’ve been coming to this bagel place for some time now, it’s on my way to work so it makes sense instead of going out of my way. This place serves some good bagels and sandwiches, but only when they’re slow. If it’s busy, you can expect a rushed sandwich/bagel and about a 15 minute wait time.

Also, The consistency of the item I order varies 8/10 times, too much cream cheese where it’s oozing out of the side, not enough Lox literally one folded slice in the middle, sometimes the bagel is toasted and sometimes it’s not, sometimes it’s unedible because it’s just toast.

Today, I ordered two bagels, one for myself and one for my s.o. Plain, toasted, cream cheese and fresh lox. Easy to remember, most times it’s fine, this time there was 3 slices of lox left on the tray (usually good enough for one bagel.) the gentleman splits the lox in half, spreads between two bagels and wraps it up. Mind you, this is one and a half slices of lox not even covering the bagel.

I used to work there and I saw some thing that the inspector should see they use the same rags over an over they do not wash there hands when preparing also the cream cheeses they have is old in the front fridge I would think twice before ordering here egg salad been sitting there for days I asked should we put a new one they said no we give customers old lettuce on there sandwiches I saw things there my son an I also ordered from there an it was horrible they are selling there business bc they can’t handle it the guys has no experience you find the owners sleeping in the back while there is customers out waiting an they have that poor girl Tiffany work like a dog I would think twice before going there be aware the meats been sitting for day an they go bad they serve that to the customer s I saw with my own eyes. The pictures they have on there web site is not true it doesn’t look anything like what is inside I would think twice before...

The store has a basic set up of counter, fridge, boards on the wall describing the menu. There was no place to sit and eat in shop. The shop is in the strip mall next to a railway station so majority of their customers are picking up the food to go. Visited this place on Sunday morning around 9AM and the place was busy with more than 10 customers waiting for food or in line to place the order. There are more than 10 varities of bagel and more than 5 cream cheese options to choose from. Also other toping options not cheese and proteins to go with. Shop also offers wraps, sandwiches and other breakfast and lunch options. Judging the line, and way of ordering most of the clientle is local repeats. The interaction with staff was very transactional. No greeting were exchanged. I ordered cinnamon resin with walnut honey resin cream cheese. The bagel was fresh but cream cheese tested funny.
