@dominos I had the most horrible experience with Dominos delivery. The delivery guy drove off without properly communicating and the store manager laughed at us when we tried to explain our situation and asked for fresh pizza. Store #3960

I will not order again from @dominos!

@dominos Store manager said, "Call the corporate I will not give my name because I don't want to loose my job" We requested to get fresh Pizza and waiting 2 hours receive our order.

@dominos The delivery didn't even wait when we told him that wait until we call the store manager, he drove off speeding in our community. The delivery guy also yelled at us saying "Microwave your pizza and eat".

Worst customer service!! We received a pie with the cheese on the top of the box. We called and had them bring another pie and we returned the other untouched. Driver got here and we exchanged pies. As I checked the new pie a discovered the same issue but worse. The cheese was all through the inside of the box. I called Domino's Pizza and Jose then Jon had me on hold for a while, after I was told to call back in 20 minutes, and argued with me that nothing was wrong with the pizza's and that they took a picture ,of the pie, before they left. That's great but what does that have to do with how the pizza looked when it arrived. I opened the box in front of the driver and he saw how it looked. Unacceptable customer service!!! I see why this Domino's has a review score of 3 stars. Just a note to whomever hired Jon....garbage in garbage out. Nice...

This place is awful. There’s always an issue. Tonight we placed an order, it took them an hour to deliver and they forgot one of the pies. We called to let them know and they said they would make it and deliver it in about 20 mins. Few minutes later the manager calls me and tells me the delivery driver confirmed the order was delivered complete. I informed him which of the pies were missing and he said okay and would send another one. After an hour and no pizza we called the store again. The manager was rude and said there were 3 orders ahead of ours. Why would they wait all that time to make it? We questioned him on the reason and he hung up on me. Awful customer service and our food was delivered cold. Never ordering from...
