Easily the best food I've had in a while.

I tried three different products from this business: Mushroom Tortellini Sausage Ravioli Short Rib Ravioli

The Mushroom Tortellini had such a savory flavor and immediate taste of fresh mushroom that I would've guessed it was from a five star restaurant; I shared this dish with a couple of my friends and to quote them, they said "I could easily eat a hundred of these in one sitting.".

The sausage ravioli had a creamy cheese and chive filling that joined in harmony with the sausage to provide a bursting amount of flavor in every bite I took. I did contact the owner to let them know that I felt as if the ravioli needed more filling to which he responded by letting me know that any comments made about any product will be noted and considered for future products. They already have better customer service than most of the places I buy products from so I was especially satisfied with how they treated me.

The Short Rib ravioli was EASILY my favorite product of the three that I tasted and I most definitely plan on buying more. From the first bite I took of the piquant and flavorful creation that was made by these very talented artists all the way down to the very last chew, I enjoyed every bit of this ravioli and would definitely recommend any new guests to try the short rib out first. The filling was just the perfect amount and the consistency of the meat was tender and flavorsome.

I can't express how amazing the service is and punctual the deliveries are. And then the food, is phenomenal! I have been able to try the Lobster ravioli with the corn bisque sauce, magnifique! The short rib ravioli, fantastic! The cannolis and tiramisu were great. And lastly, I hate mushrooms. I see no point in them not even on pizza or anything. But I had the Mushroom Tortellini and my got! The mushroom tortellini was a masterpiece. I couldn't believe i was eating it and enjoying it so much because of me not liking mushrooms to begin with. You do have to order 24 hours in advance but whoever gets to read these reviews, I'm telling you, you gotta try this place out. Everything made fresh and from scratch. I hadn’t heard of Ravioli Workshop until I saw their coupon in the Valpak envelope I got in the mail. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was planning on having some friends over for dinner so I figured why not give it a shot.

We ordered 4 dozens and 4 sauces (lobster w/corn bisque, sausage w/garlic, short rib w/fra diavolo, and mushroom w/mushroom cream) which was more than enough for 8 people. They were all beyond what I expected. I was a HUGE fan of the mushroom tortellini but I’d say a close second was the lobster with corn bisque. We also got some cannolis and I swear these were the freshest cannolis I’ve ever had.
