I recently visited this store to help my son find a suit for his 8th grade dance, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Wilken, who assisted us throughout the entire process. He was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable about suits something that made a world of difference for a young teen choosing his first formal outfit.

Wilken took the time to understand what my son was looking for, guided him through the options, and made excellent suggestions that suited both his style and the occasion. He never rushed us, and his friendly, professional demeanor made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free.

The store itself was immaculate and very well-organized. Everything was easy to browse, and the overall atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. You can tell they take pride in maintaining a high standard both in presentation and customer service.

I’ve been going to the Paramus location for over 10 years, and I’m so glad they opened up in Wayne (it’s much closer to me now). I’ve already been here twice and both times the service was excellent.

The first visit, Wilken greeted me at the door and helped me pick out new shirts for my suits. He immediately understood what I was looking for and made the process smooth and easy. On my second visit, I came in to get a new suit for my best friend’s wedding. Alex greeted me at the door, asked what I was looking for, and guided me through everything I needed. He even had Rasel help me with ties for my other suits, and Rasel’s attention to detail in matching ties with my shirts and suits was spot on. When I came back to pick up the suit, Hamlet made sure everything fit perfectly and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.

My son has prom in 3 weeks and wanted a brown suit. I looked all over the internet and couldn't fine a website. Then i came across The Suit Store website and noticed there was a Wayne location. I called to make sure was true and the person who picked up said they just opened 3 weeks ago. I got my son ready and went to the store. He found 3 suits he liked. The sales men there were wonderful helpful and kind. He didnt get the brown suit he wanted bc it was too big and would have cost more money to tailor and the sales man said it wouldnt look good. I really appreciated his honesty and customer service. It wasnt about the money for them it was the happiness of the customer. They kept helping my son and I to find the right suit he liked and fit perfect. My son found another suit he liked which fit him perfect the only fix it needed was the pant length.
