Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Weatherford

Let me first start out by saying that this establishment in particular has earned my loyalty from here on out. The ordering process online was pretty simple, like most places, but it was the actual service and food that really sets this place apart.

I have ordered from several pizza places over the time that I have lived out here, and this establishment is just better. Let me tell you why. When you enter the establishment to pick up your pizza you are greeted verbally by multiple employees, and all are genuinely happy that you have chosen their establishment.

It doesn't matter how young or old, all of the employees are nice and respectful and have definitely been trained right. What do I mean by that? Eye contact, smile, and you are always treated as a valued customer.

As for the food, there's not a ton that you can do with fast food, or Pizza in general, to make it incredible. However, if you look at the pictures of my food, you can tell that they take pride in what they are doing. The wings alone are almost to work of art. No joke. They weren't just slathered in sauce, but instead drizzled. It was like the commercial.

I'm totally disappointed with the service I received from Weatherford, Texas Domino's. It took a half HR to cook my food, which is normal. Then it too an hour to get to my house. I have had this kind of service from this location in the past so I quit paying by credit card and pay cash only. After waiting an hr, my family and I went Arby's for our steak sandwichs. When we got back from eating or driver arrived. I told her to take it back. Today, Nov 10 @ 10 am a worker from Domino's called me. I told her what happened, she told me in a very nasty way that they were busy. I told her I understand being busy but a hr for delivery! I live a mile away from the pizza place. She then proceeded to tell me in a threatening manner that she was going to have the owner call me. I asked her for her name and she hung up on me. Ordered online and got to the store a bit early so I got to stand and wait a few minutes at counter before someone even acknowledged I was there. Then proceeded to watch an older lady at the oven, who I assume was a manager, yell at her employees like they're trash and watch them stumble around and bicker at each other. Then I watched them make three other customers just stand there in line with no help from employees before they got my order. Kinda looked like they were just trying to pretend we weren't there. Then once I finally got my order they didn't know that I had already payed for it and had to ask around to confirm that I had. Pizza was fine but customer service was AWFUL. Maybe if you showed some encouragement to your staff, and didn't talk to them like slaves they'd be a little more efficient. Also maybe try to take care of the customers that WANT TO PAY you for...
