I read the reviews before thinking I definitely MUST try HTeaO at least once! My son found them yesterday & here I was today. First, I immediately noticed the LONG drive thru line! But I had 7 cars in front of me & was in line maybe 10 minutes! WOW! As a daily tea drinker, hot & cold, I AM HOOKED! I got the Coconut Sweet Tea, and we got a Mango sweet tea & a gallon of SWEET WILD RASPBERRY TEA! Let me first point out a gallon at $5.99 is CHEAPER than 2 large drinks at Sonic or just about anywhere! This is the real deal & I'm already a devoted fan! Don't listen to the grumps, cuz there is no bizarre after taste! & It's not WEATHERFORD WATER on tap, you can tell if not by taste but there is no sediment in bottom of cups! Try HTeaO ASAP! This was our first time there. We were on vacation passing through. All the teas are made in house. This isn’t one of those “loaded tea” places - in fact, they are supposed to be lower on the caffeine than most and the water itself is supposed to be healthier. It’s set up “Buffett style” and you can go around and fill your glass with whatever tea you want. You can also combine various teas for a unique flavor. There are also tiny cups to test out flavors before you buy. There are little tiny cups of fruit to add to your teas also. They also sell chips and cliff bars and such. We love HteaO. We drive hours to get to HteaO. We love their flavors. We buy our drinking water from them. We buy their tea bags. We get fruit in our tea. We sometimes indulge in a brownie.

But this particular store, we won't be back too. Dirty stickey floors, dirty stickey counters, watered down tea, they don't keep their fruit stocked up, they don't keep their poppi stocked up, their bathrooms were dirty, they cared more about talking with each other then with customers.

We tried three times with the same result. So this was not a one-off day.
