Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Weatherford

I don't do reviews often. But I feel the need to share in hopes other businesses take a lesson or two from these guys. First, great product. Delicious, makes me feel great, and yes there are some smoothies I think are ok. But they do have a lot of favorites I flip flop on. Same with their sandwiches. NEVER had anything I hated. And you can sub or add ingredients to suit your lifestyle or taste. Second, very clean and professional. Always greeted, even when busy my presence is acknowledged. I've never been told satisfaction guaranteed, but if I wasn't a Big Fan of something, they've swapped my item for something else. It has happened twice, and I greatly appreciated it. Bathrooms are always very clean. And I hate public restrooms. I see tables get wiped down and sweeping throughout the time I am leisurely enjoying a meal there with my family. Never felt sticky floors or tables while I'm there. When debating what to try that day, they don't rush me or act like I'm wasting their time. I've tried many suggestions and never regretted it. Third, the staff themselves have displayed genuine appreciation for their customers and always try to go above and beyond for them. Whether it's your first time or 100th. You feel welcomed and appreciated. They have asked the names of me and my children. Ask how our day went. I've even witnessed an employee redo an order and Deliver it when a Grubhub order wasn't picked up. She called the customer to let them know it was just sitting and then APOLOGIZED for someone else's mistake. I asked her why she did that, she said "that's our customer, she paid for our product and I need to take it to her." Without hesitation or being asked she chose to do a good deed. I can't say enough good things about Tropical Cafe! The manager is amazing.Always so kind, professional, and makes sure every customer feels welcomed. The entire team mirrors that same energy, creating such a positive, friendly atmosphere. They’re always going the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect, from the service to the food. Speaking of food, it's a solid 10/10 every single time .You can tell they put a lot of love and care into everything they make. I actually really really love Tropical Smoothie And would love to give them five stars. But I order their strawberry straws every time I order my smoothie, or smoothies for coworkers or family at home. I order them often, multiple times a week. Today just really was the last straw, I pay for 2 or 3 strawberry straws everytime because we love how they enhance your smoothie! I'm so tired of not receiving them after I pay for them so much.
