So we went here really excited to try and were very disappointed. First we ordered the loaded potato with drink special and they tell us u can’t get drinks with specials on to go orders even tho no where on the menu does it say that . Then we ordered the mucho burger meat and cheese only and a spiral potato loaded. The guy told us we put the stuff on the potato . We waited an hour for the to go order (which isn’t a big deal cus it was opening night) but when we come in to get it they tell us they forgot to ring up the mucho burger so we need to pay AGAIN . (My opinion if it’s your mistake u don’t make it the customers problem) then we finally get our order and there is no chili for the loaded potato so I tell the guy and he goes to the back and comes back and says it’s in there so I show him it’s not(he made it seem he was trying to make me feel stupid when he was wrong) and then we get the mucho burger and it had everything on it ! We tell him and he takes it back and brings it out again and it still had avacado and jalapeño on it so I tell him and he takes it back again and they SCRAPE OFF the stuff and just put more cheese on it . When I mention they put regular cheese on it instead of the pepper jack it’s supposed to come with he offers to give us a slice of cheese . They should have remade the burger knowing they put everything on it and not just cheese and meat . What if we were allergic to jalapeños and sense they just scraped it off that’s a liability on their part. Just completely awful service . They gave us a free drink for the inconvenience (but if u remember the loaded potato should have came with one anyway cus it doesn’t say on the menu it doesn’t with to go orders ) I’m very disappointed in the service . I understand it’s there first night open but doesn’t mean they can lack common sense on the fact they should have remade the burger instead of just scrapping the stuff off and...
Read moreFRESHLY... COOKED... BURGERS. Run by the same people as Mucho Mexico, so that set my expectations high as soon as I read that on the menu. I had the double cheeseburger, which was very juicy, fresh, and had the right amount of grilled onions on it. The bun can make or break a burger for me, and theirs tasted like they might have made them from scratch(I didn't ask, so I don't know for sure). My mom had the Philly cheesesteak, which was big and looked like what I need to order next time I go. The decor is Route 66 and not the disorganized mess that many retro restaurants have. It was the right amount of decor. All-in-all, it was a...
Read moreWent in for a quick bite to eat during lunch and got a Cheeseburger and fries. Combo was $6.47 after tax! Cheeseburger was cooked well and bottom of bun was toasted! Tomatoes lettuce and onions were fresh and thick! Fries were standard but good. Heard about the Philly Chesesteak wrap after I got my order and will be back to try that out.
