So let's begin with I had an appointment on 6/10/23. Rebooked an additional appointment that day for following Thursday 6/15/23. Arrive at appointment on 6/15/23 after taking time off from work early to get there and am told I don't have an appointment and am treated very rude and like I was lying. The heavy set girl at the front desk was very rude and treated me as if I was stealing from them. They ended up getting me in with someone else that evening about 45 minutes after appointment was scheduled. The student I had the appointment with (Bella)that I was told I didn't have one with came over to me and apologized. I told her the school was making her look unprofessional by dropping appointments for guest. She said it was her 2nd dropped one that day. I told her that was fine but I wouldn't rebook with her due to this. I ended up getting hair done by Ally. She was great and apologized for everything and the way I had been talked to by front desk and for dropping my appointment. Due the Ally's exceptional customer service and hair skills I rebooked with her for 6/24/23. Everything was great about 624/23 appointment (except front desk normal rude attitude "heavy set girl & man") So I went to rebook for next weekend with Ally and was told I was "RESTRICTED". Ally said she didn't know why I'd have to talk to front desk. Front desk tells me I cannot make appointments because I've had conflict with students. I'm like what? Are you serious you drop my appointment then tell me more or less it's my fault then tell me because I was upset over appointment being dropped and I didn't like the way I was treated by front desk I can't book appointments anymore! What kinda business doesn't take responsibility for their actions? What kinda business hold customer responsible for their mistakes? (They did blame this on a NEW computer system later)If you choose to go to this low class rude establishment beware. The staff...not the student's...are making the place look ridiculous and treating "guest" like they have have no reason to be there!!! I sincerely hope the owners decide to step in and provide customer service training for staff because their attitudes reflect on your students!!! I will definitely take my business...
Read moreMy GF started your $12,000 class this week. 1st day of class was let out 1 hour early. 2nd day of class - students are being assigned class work without a book, and then left to their own devices while the instructor went out to chit-chat. Students weren't given a lunch on the 2nd day because the class is behind. Then, without finishing class work, AND not getting a lunch were told to go clean the facility.
Students are not janitors, and class work should be prioritized. Instruction wasn't provided for cleaning either. Students weren't told where cleaning supplies were even located.
As a professional trainer I am mortified to hear of the lack of professionalism, and resources. Do not start any training unless you have your materials ready. Students should NEVER have to do class work off of their own personal cellphone.
If you have financial assistance, I 100% understand cleaning the facility. But those that are paying their own way are not there to be your janitor. Focus on your classroom and your learners first. Instructor can't even be in the same class as their learners from what has...
Read moreMy friend and I came together for her birthday today. The two girls doing our pedis milled around for 30 mins while we waited. They really were just over the day I think. We weren't given their names, and neither was really that friendly. My girl has super short dark hair. Water was tepid at best, yuck! She didnt bother to use her tools and get cuticles off the nails and because she skipped this step, she didn't get all of the polish off my toes and then she just painted over the polish she left along the edges. We have both had too many pedicures to count in our lives and this was by far the very worst pedicure ever. No dry time for our nails which got ruined upon putting in my sandals and we felt rushed out of her area because it was 6:00 and they no doubt wanted to go home. The girl who did my friend was in a very unprofessional tractor pull shirt but she at least spoke and acknowledged that there was a human being on the other end of the foot she was working on. If this is what they are trained to do I'd say good luck making money on return visits. The entire pedicure took 32 minutes. Massages,...
