Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Webb City

They never seem to know what they are doing at this location. They said it would take 10 minutes for a deep dish and sent me with a half doughey pizza sooooo undercooked. So it had to go in the trash. Floors are always dirty. Not organized. Employees seem lazy. Employees never get the order right or forget about your order all together while your sitting for 15 minutes waiting for a deep dish. Needs new management and they managers need to hire people who actually know how to make a pizza. Horrible location! I've never once been to this location and the pizza actually be "hot and ready" I plan to wait at least 15 minutes every time I come here

Update 8/15 came in and was sent home with a DOUGHEY deep dish. When the corners aren't crispy at all and it's soggy when you bite into it. Either they aren't cooking them long enough so the wait isn't long or they don't know what there doing. Wish I lived by the joplin location my kids love lil ceasars!

Update 9/8 came in for a deep dish. Asked for it to be cooked longer and still took home a pizza doughey and nasty. Got home and everyone said it wasn't cooked. Officially done with...

I placed an order on the app for pretzel pepperoni crusted pizza with red sauce. The brownie bites and crazy bread with Red sauce. I gave the woman my name and asked to pick up my order. She said she didn't have it. I said I ordered it in , and already paid for it in the app. And she says maybe you had Maiden street store. I said no, it says Madison Street. I told her my name 2 or 3 times but she insisted She didn't have it. Said to check my phone so I check my phone and I had the correct address. I go back in to show her And she looks at it and she said. What's your name again so I told her and she says Oh, I have it, Apologized and pulled it out of the oven. Ugg. When I got to our destination I opened the box to find it was a regular pre-made pepperoni Pizza, not The pretzel crust That I ordered, and the crust was hard. I tried to call to let them know. I got the wrong pizza and they would not...

We ordered food from this establishment for a birthday. When I went to pick it up I noticed there was only one employee working making the food which wouldn’t be a huge issue except for the fact that she was making someone’s pizza while I waited to be cashed out with NO GLOVES!!! YUCK. I did notice she had a black hand brace on one of her hands and when she came to the register I realized her hands were scabby and red and skin was peeling. I about gagged. Needless to say we did not eat the food but did call the store later on to speak with someone about the employee just to find out that it was the store MANAGER. 😳. Apparently corporate has been notified multiple times about this person and she continues to be allowed to handle our food. Needless to say we won’t be eating here ever again and everyone please just be aware of the sanitation steps that are being taken...
