Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Webb City

Ordered food at 9:22pm on on Friday 5/1. When the order was placed, app indicated delivery in 52 minutes. Text notification indicated pizza went out for delivery at 9:46. Call the store at 10:46 and was immediately put on hold by a female employee. I hung up after being on hold for 10 minutes. I called back at 11:41 to inquire about the status of my order. The same female employee rudely informed me that delivery time is 3 hours. I stated I was only calling because the app indicated 52 minutes delivery time and it looked like the order had been out for delivery for almost 2 hours. She then said “it’s out for delivery, would you like me to cancel it?”. I declined to cancel my order. I finally went to bed at 2am with no pizza. Ordered pizza with my credit card at 745pm by 930 it said out for delivery, by 1030 no pizza so i call the webb city location and they say" i put it on the ground for you by the steps" , first off who wants food served off the ground, secondly i did NOT choose contactless delivery but ok all good they say ill remake your order and get it back out to you....so at 1110 mind you my order was placed at 745 and my kids are now starving.... so i get the pizza it is raw dougy and not cooked and full of tomatoes which my kids alergic too and now they are closed no pizza for us although we already paid!! Chelsea is the best employee they never deserve to have. She makes it good they ruin it. Can't look u in the eye. Can't smile or interact upon their own volition. Don't care if pan's are clean.
