I was really disappointed this time when ordering flowers. Ordering online was quick and easy. I recieved a call shortly aft they opened that they didn't have some of the flowers or colors of flowers in the arrangement I chose. I was told that if they had to substitute, then they would substitute up in flower. That was fine. I appreciated them calling to notify me. I was also able to add a name to the card that I had forgotten to add online; however, they got the name completely wrong (they added Robert instead of Richard). The arrangement itself resembles nothing like it did in the online picture. I also purchased the premium and it did not look like a premium bouquet (priced at $80 before taxes and fees, totally $100 after). The arrangement received looked more like filler than flowers. I visited your website and thought that I found the flower arrangement that I was looking for and I called and spoke with you asking many questions about the options of the different levels of standard, deluxe and premium in the love and romance special for Valentines flowers. Your red roses pictured on your website along with knowing that red roses are synonymous with love and Valentines Day led (mis-led) me to believe that 1. You knew what you were doing and 2.
