Finally! Mexican food with some flavor! Very good service, very tasty food!

That was my original review several years back after they first opened. Now that I've been eating there very very often sometimes once or twice a week there's one thing that's beginning to really rub me wrong. The food is beyond reproach everything is delicious and if they do happen to get something wrong they fix it. sometimes there must be something lost in the translation at least that's what I'm going to chalk it up to. I've went there less and less for one reason and one reason only. The music is annoying and terrible. I really can't express how bad and annoying the music is I speak Spanish but I don't understand the words, it's not popular Latin / American singers, it's these unknown oompah bands and it sounds like I'm at a circus. Play anything besides that. All I want is good food and good service. This music adds nothing to the atmosphere except for tension and annoyance. This is why I'm dropping my rating to two stars from 5. Very good food, but keep an eye on your ticket! I brought my girls here to eat and we all ordered water except for my youngest. There were 4 of us. The server brought the ticket and charged us for 3 soft drinks around $3-$3.99 apiece and only 1 water along with our food, considerably raising the cost. I told the lady that was ringing us up that we had been mischarged. She called the server over and went from speaking English to Spanish in front of us making everything feel awkward and then rerang it saying that she had fixed it, but it was still around $5-6 higher than what it should have been. After all the awkwardness, I didn't want to go through any more trying to explain, so I just went ahead and paid the extra and added a tip. Let me preface this by stating that our waitress was phenomenal, we liked the prices, the restrooms were spotless and smelled great.

I ordered the burrito and enchilada and received a small flour tortilla with ground beef and a larger flour tortilla with ground beef, both drowned in cheese sauce. Cheese sauce was good but I was quickly burnt out on all the cheese since there was no other flavor. The flavor of the ground beef was bland, kind of dog-food-like, and the texture was weirdly soft, like it was being boiled or was frozen and rewarmed or something. I was disappointed that the enchilada didn't have more to it than the burrito. Legitimately, the only difference between the two was the size of the tortillas. There was no enchilada sauce or seasoning. The salsa tasted bitter and needed both salt and lime juice. I was really unimpressed with the quality of food here.
