They offer a fair price for a good gym.

However - the gym is often littered with passive-aggressive notes/rules, which is a little much, and seemingly not enforced anyway (weights not being put back). I recently canceled the secondary membership (I had just paid that month) and was told it'd still be good for the rest of the month, only to find that they already deactivated the card. That was a bit frustrating. Basically 20 bucks down the drain.

They replaced a nice lifting platform with one from Rouge, which is fine, but it isn't installed correctly (missing wood underneath) which causes the tile mats on top to be uneven. This isn't good for deadlifting.

The Webb City location has expanded and they have added new equipment - but I wish they would focus on more useful equipment like a true form treadmill, safety squat bar, bench press stations with spotter arms..etc. But I get that's a bit more of a...

I enjoy the facilities. I like the staff. Always clean. And only minor issues with the 24 entrance as sometimes the key scanner doesn't work. I have really only one complaint. I primarily signed on because they were one of the rare few locations that had a racquetball court. At the Carthage location. I've used it a few times, but when I went in a month ago, they were using the room for storage. One of the owners told me it would be a week and it would be empty so we could use it. It's been over a month and still has equipment stored in it. Maybe it's just me, but I feel that if you offer a service and I pay for that service, I should be able to USE that service. I would gladly adjust my rating to 5 stars if not for then...

I like going to this gym. There could be a few improvements. Equipment really needs cleaned in the exercise section, bathroom/locker room is usually pretty gross, I don’t want to step in the shower and the one men’s stall I cringe walking into. Not of fan of the rules posted everywhere. I just feel like I’m being yelled at. Air conditioner has trouble keeping up on hot summer days and it could be a lot cooler on the regular. Pros: the staff has always been super nice and helpful, the 24 hr access is nice, the protein snacks and drinks are a nice quick easy grab if needed, divided into three large sections. Price is pretty fair as well.
