Ordered 3 sandwiches for delivery at 5:38....long wait they said, no problem I said, bad weather I get it. Driver calls and she says "I can't get there, I'll call back". DIFFERENT girl calls and says the driver isn't driving anymore, I ask if she was in an accident "no, she almost slid off the road" ok? I think, No problem, it's been and hour...I tell them, I'll come get them. Less than 1 mile away. So I get there. "We gotta make your sandwiches" no sorry, no explanation. Just here, and bye. So I get them open at 7:10 and one is wrong sandwich!! WORST JIMMY JOHNS I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM!! Considering I was super patient, went and got them myself an hour later, I at LEAST expected them to be made right! This crew needs to learn how to be human. I was asking about the driver and she finally spoke up and said "it was me" and mumbled something about her car. I said I was glad she wasn't in an accident and she basically ignored me. Got a feeling something was going on in that store about who is makingg the delivery but hey if your not going to deliver then at least TELL YOUR CUSTOMER AT THE ORDER!!! Freaky in there but hey, last time I'll deal...
Read moreSomeone came into my job and brought $10 gift cards for every employee. My wife went to the location in Webster Groves and tried to use the cards and the staff was a bunch of morons. She was told there was no value on one card, the second card supposedly worked but the total on the register didn’t come down on her side, although the guy working the register said she still owed $6 and change. She asked him to run that card manually and he refused. It’s not like the gift cards were expired. They just brought them to us this week. Each card said $10. And why on earth did the employee making the sandwich hollow out the bread to make the sandwich. I’ve never seen this from any Jimmy John’s ever. And the manager wasn’t much better with her attitude. Please educate your employees to be kind and not a...
Read moreI ordered online for a delivery and after 55 minutes I called the store to check on the status my 'freaky fast' order. I was then informed that "the store doesn't have the bread, the the staff or the time to do delivery orders". I get the supply chain and labor issues we're all encountering currently, so I don't put this on the workers in the store. This falls on the owners/management and Jimmy John's corporate. They should update their system and website to not allow delivery orders from this store. Further, store management should call customers once they receive their online delivery order to inform them that they won't be fulfilling your order. A Jimmy John's that doesn't deliver or call you to tell you that they can't deliver? No thanks, I won't be doing business with this...
