Is there an option to give this place 0 stars?! WORST experience ever, WORST customer service by the so-called “General Manager”, UNDERCOOKED pizza. Nasty, waste of money. I have ordered the same pizza from there pretty regularly for about a year. Here lately, I’ve been getting RAW doughy pan pizzas. I got them 2/3 times then called to make a complaint, the manager fussed at an employee (on the phone) and made sure he was proving the dough enough. I got a credit and all was jolly. We cashed in that credit two visits ago, we asked that pizza be done- we got it BURNT. We didn’t order pizza for the longest. I ordered a pan pizza the other day because my son was begging for pizza- it was beautifully cooked and everything was good. We decided to order pizza because neither of us wanted to go out today. I got a call, delivery driver was “overwhelmed” and they wanted us to pick up the pizza ( I guess my only other option was to wait xxxx amount of time) so we went and picked it up. My husband came come and I mean, the cheese was barely melted, toppings were just tossed on top clearly not melted in with anything, pizza was doughy in the middle. So I called, First Lady offered to give me the home office number. I was placed on hold. Then I got the PLEASURE to talk to the “General manager” (I’m using this phrase lightly) and I’ve never been spoken to like that in my life. His first thing to say was “ what do you mean by raw, I don’t understand”. I mean what’s not to understand by RAW DOUGHY pizza. The call progressed and he wouldn’t let me get a word in to explain what was going on. I might have said he was awful at his job ( if you won’t let your customer explain what’s going on— I’m just saying) and his answer was to put me on the block list
Cool bro, cool. Ill call corporate tomorrow. It’s not “that big of a deal” and I do have better things to do with my time, I’m not ordering from this store EVER again (again, I’m blocked anyway). But, people need to know that they serve RAW DOUGHY pizza and have no remorse over...
Read moreOn 9/24 I called the Dominos in wellford and ordered 2 pizzas..1 was pepperoni and hamburger the other pepperoni, hamburger, and pineapples I wanted thin crust on both.. when they delivered them to my house they were both thick crust. I immediately called And the manager ask me if I wanted them to make them over for me. I told them I'll just take the credit for them and get them next time I order pizza from there. . he took my name and they already had my phone number and address... here it is today I called to redeem my pizza 1st I get hung up on 3 times and put on hold for over 5 mins waiting I the manager .. she finally get on the phone..I tell her my problem and she tells me that no one put my credit in the computer.. and we go back in forth about it. She sees where my order was placed but no credit.. she says with no info in the compute that there was nothing she can do...she is a manager of 20 yrs that's what she tells me the manager name is April (No last name. She says for her protection)..I mention to her that I've been In the restaurant business for many years and that she can't tell me there's nothing she can do...what ever happen to customers being right. . I told her that I wouldn't waste my time trying to get a free pizza I just want my mistake fixed. I paid my $17+ for them. . oh and I forgot ...I told her that I would be up there and she immediately told me that she would call the police... why? She said that I threaten her... all I said was that I'll be up there...smh... the police tho..really... for a pizza...smh...Dominos..yall have got to do better. . But after reading all the other reviews. I doubt that y'all will... I'm very disappointed..guess I'll will be going to Poppa John's or Pizza Hut from now on... you've lost a valued customer...
Read more(10/31/2020) My wife called and ordered a pizza for delivery to our house in Wellford around 7:30pm. We were told it would be about an hour (sounds reasonable for a Saturday evening). Around 9pm I called and asked about the whereabouts of our food. The manager on duty apologized and said he didn't know where our food was, but that he would be more than glad to send a replacement pizza to us immediately and that he would remove the charges. He also said that he was in contact with our delivery driver and that he must have delivered it someone else? We should be getting our pizza around 930pm. Sounds reasonable to me as people make mistakes. About 10pm my wife walked to the front door and saw a pizza box sitting on our front porch. Naturally it was cold. Nobody knocked or rang the door bell. How is the driver supposed to get a tip if they don't knock on the door? Or how am I supposed to know the food is here? I drove to the Wellford Domino's to discuss this event with someone in charge. The ladies running the front counter we very apologetic and they brought out a manager. I explained what happened and all he could say was he didn't know who did that and could he make us another pizza? I was dumbfounded. Your saving grace is the two ladies running the show who went ahead and made me a replacement pizza (albeit the 3rd pizza) while he and I were talking. I still do not understand why your employee chose not to ring the working door bell or knock on the door (hence my review). Your employee went out of his way to do....nothing. In the future if I want a pizza I'll pick one up in Greer on...
