Subway — Restaurant in Wellington

Subway has always been a decent place but these guys are horrible. Probably worse than McDonald's (A place I consider the lowest of the low). I ordered (on the app) three subway series for dine in and two to go. The dine in was a tuna and 2 supreme meats. They messed up all the veggies on the tuna (basically took the ones from one of the supreme meats and put it on the tuna). They failed to put any veggies on one supreme meat and didn't put any pepperoni on the other. The to go sandwiches were a supreme meats and a chicken bacon ranch. Somehow, the idots who made them put the chicken on the supreme meats and the pepperoni, salami and ham on the chicken/bacon ranch. Both were also supposed to come with bacon but only the supreme meats did and it was literally raw. They also switched the breads and didn't toast them. I could understand a few small mess ups every once in a while but to mess up five, FIVE! subway series sandwiches that only had minor customization (ex. add bacon and spinach) is absolutely insane! I will never...

Only giving the service 4 stars because even though it took forever, the 2 girls working the counter were doing their best and working as fast as they can. They were trying to handle rush hour lines mixed in with pick up orders. They made my order exactly how I wanted it and as put together as they can.

With that being said, I have gone to this Subway multiple times since we live up North. We’ve been to other Subways in the Fort Collins/Loveland area. I understand we are a small town and the owners think they don’t need more than 2 people working the counter….The truth is YOU NEED TO HIRE AT LEAST 3 FOR THE FRONT LINE. Like some others in FoCo/Loveland area. We’re a small town with limited options so of course Subway is going to be one the busiest.

Also, this Subway always never is stocked up with chips like the others. Subway N. College 15 minutes away is stocked up. Everything else they have, the owners and/or managers should be present at least working a shift. I’ve never seen managers there to help out.

Every single time I go into this location there is one worker who looks absolutely infuriated at the other worker, and rightfully so. You would guess that these kids have never seen a sandwich before in their entire lives! Today, the kid working made my sandwich and didn't even cut the bread, he mostly just tore it open and proceeded to forcefully shove all of the toppings into it. And guess what, it didn't close! I come home to a sandwich that is just a wrapping full of random ingredients falling all over the place. Usually when someone gets hi before going into work at a sandwich place they make the best sandwiches ever, however, these kids get hi and burn off their last two functioning braincells right before going into work.
