Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Wentzville

Tonight was the worst service I have ever experienced at a Domino's. The delivery did not show up, when I called the person running the store said they were busy. I asked about the text service, and he said that was up to the drivers the stores didn't contact customers. He said it would be another hour before they could deliver our pizza. I asked if they would make us a fresh one, and he said they didn't do that. When I told him I would pick it up he said they would just cancel our order. When I arrived to pick up our order they made me wait another 10 minutes while one attendant spoke on the phone and the other did something on the register. Then I had to ask them to take of the delivery charge. He said that was a problem, but if I insisted he would do it. Neither person thanked me for my order. I was offered a credit on the phone, but when I showed up to pick up my Pizza they did not offer again. The people working at the store were extremely inconsiderate that it had been over an hour from order time. He said they were busy. If the order isn't going to be delivered in the time given on the order then the store should contact you. Not the driver who is busy. I just gave this location a 5 star rating a week ago. How incredibly wrong I was. I cannot explain how disappointed I am with this service. We switched to Domino's strictly on the customer service we had in the past from this location. However tonight's employees clearly did not care. Our order # was 647388. I will never give this location my business again. I cannot tell you how put off I was by the 2 people working in the locations...

Let me say this . Domino's pizza is delicious and it sells itself . They have the best coupons compared to other big chain stores hands down.. but I ordered online at this location chose to pay at the store , I pull up to the drive thru window( another awesome feature) and I don't even get asked my name or number I had the employee open the window say $17.89 so I gave him my $20.00 and I said hmmm.. the app said it was only $13.99 with tax .. $14.88 something like that he said no it's half price week on the pizzas I said oh no I used the carry out special coupon for $7.99 he said oh we stopped that' coupon at this store a little bit ago . I said no I assure u it's in the website I picked it and also ordered parm bites . Long story short I was handed two boxes I left got home opened the boxes neither were right I didn't eat any of it so no dinner for us instead we had cereal .. took it back the next day they gave me a refund but I feel I should get a discount for my gas used and my trouble.. just saying. I mean it's not cheap to run back and forth at $4.59 a gallon.. it would have been a...

The absolute worst service I have ever gotten anywhere. I ordered my pizza via the Domino’s app. The app reported the pizza was out of the oven and ready for pickup. I went to the store and stood inside for about 10 minutes while being ignored by everyone in the store. Finally I asked about my order and it wasn’t ready. I was told it would be another 5 to 6 minutes. I went back to the car for 10 minutes went back to pick it up and was told it would be another 5 to 6 minutes. Again I went back to the car to wait. This happened 4 times in a row. Finally I went in the last to pick up the order and was told it wasn’t ready and it would be another 5 to 6 minutes. I would have cancelled the order and gone somewhere else but I had already paid for it on the app.

This was absolutely ridiculous. Then when we finally got out order the pizza was not as ordered. I have used this store in the past but this time was a terrible experience. I do not recommend this store. Very unprofessional. All in I had almost an hour invested in picking up a pizza that was supposed to be ready...
