I had a mobile order the worker didn't really say anything while I was standing there after about 5 minutes I asked just to make sure I didn't need to check in . She stated yes it was a large order so it will take time ( but she said it kind of as if they hate large orders they I took it ) I stated yes I wanted to make sure you knew I was here some places wait to make till you check in
so I sat down for 5 more minutes another 4 minutes to use the restroom sat back down ( anotherwards took maybe 15 minutes I preordered so make it twenty )
Main few problems they never called my order just set up at the pick up station . I'm sitting waiting for food at least call it out .
The chicken quesadillas are so skimpy it's equivalent to a chicken soft taco spread out . Paper thin
My nachos was missing completely I had to call up for that .
The two orders of nachos chips like usual were stale or moisture ? Inside chip .
The nacho fries are barely filled and nacho cheese cups at the most 1/3 filled
The people making the food apparently have to pay out of their pockets for the meat cheese etc Not so why not make it right and quit skimping .
I spent $40+ dollars almost the same I spend to get chimis with huge portions unlimited nachos and cheese
3 fat chicken tacos equivalent to 12 to 15 of taco bell tacos for $7.95
Prices have gone up on menu then shrink the portion sizes many consumers are sick of getting micro portioned but charged full price for only a portion of what was paid for
At least you buy a burger from mcds or hardees it's on consistent
But Mexican food you can throw a slice of chicken on a tortilla with a splash of cheese and charge $6 calling it a quesadilla?
Please management don't force employees to skimp food not sure what's going on but make the food like you would want to have it for yourself
Not screw over a large order purchaser that was for many people. Everybody was unhappy
Great way to get a bad reputation for a large group all unsatisfied . That many less customers .
Very hit and miss very inconsistent , with portions 1 out of every 3 times it seems normal the other 2 skimpy

Read moreWhat the heck Taco Bell. Your hours at this store show that the dining room is open until 10pm today. My receipt says "Just head to the pickup counter and we'll call your name." The sign out front says park here and come in for your mobile order. Then you lock your doors and purposely ignore the person knocking on it. I guess hoping they will go away. Maybe it's time to just close up and let someone else in that spot that knows how to run a restaurant. Because this is definitely not the first time that you've done this.
What is the point of ordering online if you have to go through the drive thru anyway??? So it can be made ahead of time and sit there while I drive to and then wait in the line? Really?
Stop offering online ordering if it's not going to be able to be used. Maybe put a sign on your door that says "Hey! We're too lazy to clean tables and don't feel like mopping the floors either so just use the drive through!"
Maybe management needs to pay better to attract workers. I don't know what the problem is but COVID is a long tired excuse. And I don't see the likes of Chic-Fil-A having any trouble hiring workers. At any given time they have an army there to make sure the place runs great. I have never ever had a problem there. Or Freddy's. Or Panda Express. Or pretty much EVERY OTHER PLACE IN Wentzville except maybe KFC which is related to Taco Bell!
Service - 1 Star. You didn't serve at all. Atmosphere - 1 Star What atmosphere? The sky outside that we stared at while our food sat and got cold? Food - 1 Star. It was horrible, Once it made it home (Less than 5 minutes away) It was cold of course. The tacos that I ordered were stuck to the paper and the bottom ripped away and everything came out the bottom and couldn't be eaten like a normal taco.

Read morejus went up there to get some food….. the mobile order was acting up but i thought i had put the right stuff in bc that’s what it showed me i ordered…. i get there and get my stuff and they were about to give me 3 baja blast freezes when i ordered 3 normal ones….. i get home and all the food is wrong so i can up and tell them about two of the things that were messed up….. literally two tacos that had two things on them…. and they were refusing to have them remade even tho they would have been the easiest fixs and then it wouldn’t have leaded to a 1 star review. both “managers” i talked to were completely rude about it making it seem like it was completely my fault when last time i checked the saying is customer is always right? i wasn’t even being rude until the first girl (andrea) started coping an attitude. then as im asking her not to speak to me like that and was mid conversation she handed the phone off to someone else…. didn’t even tell me just rudely took the phone away from her ear. then i tried talking to the other girl and i thought she was going to be calmer then the last girl but then she started getting rude with me when i was simply telling her what was messed up. so i just simply hung up bc how dare you even speak to the customer that way…. ive been in customer service for a long time and ive never spoke to a customer that way…. i have always been told to just remake the food how they want it…. and they weren’t even busy so it definitely wouldn’t have been that much of a hassle to put potatoes and cheese on one taco and cheese and meat...
