Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Weslaco

Worst place to stop by during your lunch break from work. I went today around 5:00pm during dinner time, on a weekend, and I was told that they didn't have chicken! First and foremost, why is it open in the first place if they don't have prepared chicken ... I was not even provided a wait time. Secondly, being that it is a fast-food restaurant, why is it that they don't have prepared chicken at the busiest time during lunch/dinner!! Boy this location has gone downhill. Stopped by and ordered a family meal. Employee tells me it's a 20 mins wait because they don't have any white meat. So I was like that's fine I'll wait. When they are good, they are amazing. Unfortunately, this style isn't always consistent. Often, they don't have chicken ready and it will take a half hour to prepare it.
