So sad to have to write this as Ive been a patron for many years. Today ordered a burger and asked for onion rings instead of fries. The order came out with fries. No biggie. I told the gal and said " its ok, you can leave them if youre just going to throw them away." Finished my meal and went to pay and the girl up front CHARGED me for a side of onion rings. It is BEYOND me that they would charge ANY customer for THEIR mistake. I told the girl if they charged me Id never be back to which she smiled and said " thats fine sir." I always tip well and never complain so I just dont understand how fries that were going to get trhown away anyway, a mistake that THEY made, and choosing to be wasteful instead of responsible is good business. Used to come to this place when I first moved to weslaco. I thought the food was good. Coffee was always terrible, tastes like dirty water. and customer service is the pits. Mentioned to the lady who rang us up about maybe changing the coffee. She told us no one has ever complained so it was fine. 🤷‍♀️ Decided we’d not go there again. Decided we’d go give it a try one more time since it’s been 4 years since we’d been there. Coffee still tastes nasty and customer service is still the worst! Lady named Denise didn’t look happy at all. She asked us once if we needed anything and when we asked her for napkins and sugar she look bothered that we even asked. Never came back to ask if we wanted refills on waters. We’ll try again in another 4 years. 0 for customer service 3...

If I could give it zero stars I would!!!! Food was ok. Rice was hard, and cold. Beans were bland. Need better customers services, the blonde lady who cashes people out was extremely rude. We waited patiently for our food, the waiter got one of my friends order wrong but we did not argue about it we just wanted them to correct it. The whole time we were there we did not get our drinks filled or get checked on. I had to wait for a very long time for my fish. My other classmates had already finished there food when I was about to start eating. If you have new waiters someone should be there with them shadowing. Do not blame the customers for your mistakes. They wanted my classmate to pay basically 2 plates when they were the ones...
