Terrible!! customer service through Drive thru. Do not recommend. Tried using a coupon and the cashier had some trouble. Totally fine! If youāre brand new weāll be patient. Iāve worked register many times! communicate that

Instead the manager plays in on her employees narrative and continues to tell us that since Iām on the second window they ācanāt hear anythingā and that āthe coupon code needs to be said ahead of timeā (which we confirmed to her like we did the cashier. we did! Definitely did!)
Meanwhile she had taken the order just fine. If you have an issue itās your job to āASKā āTAKEā āTAKE MY ORDERā that comes with proper communication skills and asking pro active questions to better the conversation. So that at the end of the conversation you properly have what I want to purchase, having understood and confirmed the order you have TAKEN. Complete incompetence from management and the cashier.

I saw on the drive thru window the different sauces so I could finally see what they had and decided to get an additional one. She said it was $.25 cents or something like that, which I didn't mind paying. So I took out my card and she said she couldn't take my card for the sauce just cash.
