Terrible!! customer service through Drive thru. Do not recommend. Tried using a coupon and the cashier had some trouble. Totally fine! If you’re brand new we’ll be patient. I’ve worked register many times! communicate that

Mija go ask your manager how to do something you do NOT know how to do! Like assigning a coupon code to a transaction!

Instead the manager plays in on her employees narrative and continues to tell us that since I’m on the second window they “can’t hear anything” and that “the coupon code needs to be said ahead of time” (which we confirmed to her like we did the cashier. we did! Definitely did!)

Meanwhile she had taken the order just fine. If you have an issue it’s your job to “ASK” “TAKE” “TAKE MY ORDER” that comes with proper communication skills and asking pro active questions to better the conversation. So that at the end of the conversation you properly have what I want to purchase, having understood and confirmed the order you have TAKEN. Complete incompetence from management and the cashier.

I just went to the drive thru and purchased 2 chicken tenders dinner ( 3 pcs with 1 side) 1 extra side and chicken sandwich with fries. My total was $38 and change and I thought it was a bit pricey but still went ahead and purchased it. As I went around the building a promotion ad of the big box dinner ( 3 pcs tenders with 2 sides and biscuit) for $ 6. I was concerned why I didn't get offered that special since that's exactly what I ordered. I got off to voice my concern and the member of management ( Amanda) didn't seem to care one bit and simply said we'll we don't offer specials the customers have to mention in order to get that deal. The girl got upset at the drive thru because I didn't ask before hand about extra sauce. I have astigmatism so it's a little hard for me to see far. I saw on the drive thru window the different sauces so I could finally see what they had and decided to get an additional one. She said it was $.25 cents or something like that, which I didn't mind paying. So I took out my card and she said she couldn't take my card for the sauce just cash. I'm confused like if you're charging me for something it shouldn't matter whether I had a card that I just used to pay for my food with.
