Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Weslaco

After giving this place a third chance and thoroughly disappointed with customer service and how they read online orders, I have decided to write this review.

They keep on failing on how to read a simple online order.

For example, “ Supreme pizza on a flatbread, add bacon” I got a flatbread with just bacon. Nothing else on it 🙄

Another example is “Zesty Pepperoni with red sauce.” I got regular pepperoni pizza NO SAUCE 😵‍💫

Last example: Alfredo pizza extra cheese I got cheese pizza with alfredo sauce, no spinach 😐

I had called the store TWICE not to complain but to let them know about the repeating incidents on which, on both occasions, whoever answered the phone has told me on both occasions “The manager wasn't at the store “at the moment to attend my call.”

I'm just disappointed with this location. We love Cicis pizza; I wish the personal and management could take the time to verify that the orders placed online are correct before making them and sending them out by Doordash, which they also keep sending incomplete orders. Who's fault is this?

The driver for not verifying all pizzas are given at the moment to be delivered.

Or the person in charge of giving the order to the driver to be delivered.

I got an email from cicis at Weslco saying to ask for cupping pizza at the buffet. So of course I asked and they told me they only do the ultimate for carry out. I said well I’m not asking for the ultimate I’m asking for the cupping. Finally I showed them the email. They had an attitude and the manager said well do it. Then I hear this obnoxious yell ultimate pizza on the buffet! Of course we went to get some but that’s not the pizza I asked for and they didn’t even get my name it was a request I was ordering for me and my husband. We come here all the time it seems that curtain employees have a problem when request are made. There not up to date with promotions or request. To treat a customer rude and as if the customer doesn’t know what they are talking about it’s bad for the business. I will still come back because this is my local place and I don’t have a problem with curtain associates. FYI they finally brought us a pizza but it was ultimate which has two types of pepperoni not one. I order the cupping which only has cupping not the ultimate. I hope someone takes the time to read this because this is the worse...

Had a great experience at CiCi’s Pizza! The place was very clean, which is always a big plus. The service was awesome everyone was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. They had a great variety of pizzas on the buffet, so there was something for everyone in the family to enjoy. The game area was a hit with the kids lots of fun options that kept them entertained while we relaxed. I also really liked the deal they had going on: 20 wings and a $5 game card. Great value and a smart combo for families! A special shoutout to the manager, Maricela, who was working while we were there. She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly.
