Terrible costumer service! I ordered threw the phone and let them know to please put all the taco toppings on the side due to my children not liking the toppings once I picked up my order and got home I realized they had put everything on the lunches, so I called them and let them know they gave me my order wrong and the lady said once the cooks give us the food we can’t open the box, so I let her know if they could please remake the order that I would be willing to drive back and take back the ones they gave me wrong . Keep in mind I live close to Elsa and she said no because they were close to closing so I asked what she was able to do to resolve this issue and she said I already let the kitchen know but that it was basically all she could do. I let her know that I had worked in the food industry before and for many years and out priority is to keep the customer happy and all she had to say to that was “all I could say is next time will do better” which I get to a certain degree, maybe it was late already and kitchen was closed but knowing what I know from past experiences in my past job I would have definitely handled the situation differently. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager…she had terrible customer service and as a new restaurant in our area I would have hoped for better service. I reserved for a party of 12 and was originally quoted $60 each for the parrilladas (for 8 people). However, when the bill came, the restaurant changed the price an hour before closing out my tab, claiming they had quoted me incorrectly. This change was made under the owner’s direction, but no one informed me until it was too late. They had no management on duty place was running by some young adults that didn’t know how to handle the situation and ended up denying what they had quoted me upon my arrival the price that was given when I reserved as well mind you I called two times to confirm prices . Unfortunately I had to involve law enforcement.

What makes this experience especially disappointing is that the owner Javier personally reached out, promised to call me back, and said he would credit me the difference to honor the original quote. It has now been over two weeks, and despite following up twice, I have received no response and no resolution.

This Taqueria is so cute. I love the atmosphere. The service was amazing even though there was a large party when we had dinner there they still were very attentive. The food and the drinks were so good. The menu is a little small, but I like that because you don’t get overwhelmed. I had a potato with meat it came with everything on it plus a side of tortilla chips it was a good portion and my boyfriend had the bistec taco the meat is well seasoned and everything looked a taste amazing, we for sure will be back.
