I stopped in this morning to get a couple things and as I was checking out a line formed. The cashier called over the speaker to have an employee come to the registers (announced their name) no one came (because anyone would assume they must be busy doing something important like helping another customer and can’t walk away) so she calls again, the customer ahead of me laughed and the cashier said, “ some people just don’t want to come to the register “ and “it’s so frustrating “ Obviously that’s super unprofessional and honestly just rude to her co worker, who I’m sure was also just trying to do her job. We know some items are on sale every other week. So, we return the following week, to purchase more of what we need that's on sale. In our native community, for special occasions or celebrations, we have a"Give Away"of gifts to honor individuals. We honor Elders, the Veterans, graduates, retirees, program attendees, etc. For the gifts, we bead and craft a variety of jewelry, military medallions, feathers, make dream catchers, medicine wheels, gods eyes, and simple medicine pouches.    Read moreJoanna the west Allis store manager is the rudest person I’ve encountered in retail. I came to make a return and stood in line 2 for a while since that was the only line open. Joanna opened up line 8 and said I can help the next person. I went to line 8, told her I am here to make a return and she said that I have to go back to line 2 and that she said “I can help the next person who is making a purchase” which she didn’t say. I hear and understand phrases well. When I expressed that she didn’t say that and I was waiting in line for 10 minutes, she said lines 1& 2 are for returns. I went to express that her handling and attitude towards me was rude and she walked away. No apologies, not even willing to listen. This leaves a bad taste...
