Starbucks — Restaurant in West Allis

This is the worst Starbucks that I have ever been to. I ordered a cold brew coffee with sugar and almond milk. What i got was a coffee with granulated sugar on the bottom of the cup, the next 3/4 of the cup was pitch black coffee and then on top was the splash of almond milk. This coffee was not stirred at all and when i asked them if they could stir it they said cant i just stir it myself and that they cant take it back once they handed it to me. So then i ask for a stir stick so i can stir the granulated sugar in my coffee and then they say they are out of stir sticks. This kind of service is just unacceptable for the price that you pay. When i went to a different Starbucks and explained what happened they told me that when someone orders a iced or cold coffee that you are suppose to use the liquid sweetener. So i can understand how there could be a little bit of confusion but to give someone a cold coffee with granulated sugar and then not stir it at all is just...

I order Monday - Friday . Normally get a hello here and there or a wave , have a nice day when the order is picked up. Last week I had one of my employees pick up the coffee, she was offended at the person watching her grab the drink, apparently the employee made a comment to her as she was grabbing it.

Now today I went in with my son to pick up our order and I grabbed a drink carrier , was putting my drinks in there and grabbing the bags of pastries that were also ordered and this employee just aggressively snatched someone else’s order that was next to me , there was no intention on taking anyone’s orders it just so happened to be placed there . But I did not appreciate the quick grab, not a word no excuse me or anything. Coffee normally great , but today just was not the day . Maybe someone woke up on the wrong side...

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the crew that worked this morning (August 11th 2021) for holding it down! With the West allis power outage that left many people wandering into starbucks, and with the other starbucks down the street being closed for most of the morning, this crew really stuck it out. I had to be here for some hours to work from my laptop while the power was being restored, and I never once heard anybody yell at eachother out of frustration. They remained positive and up beat and made sure to greet every customer that entered their lobby! They worked together while being under intense pressure! You all did an amazing job and I give you huge kudos! I hope you all get a SPECIAL gift from your managers or corporate for being so amazing during this community...
