I hate to leave bad reviews BUT.... I have been here multiple times and have had bad experiences everytime except 1. Food always takes about an hour. Busy or not. This particular time I ordered pickup. Wasn't told how long it would take but showed up 30 minutes after ordering. It wasn't ready and they didn't even get to my ticket yet. After 15 more minutes we got our order of 2 items. Our wrap was tomatoes on the side and one taco tomatoes on the side. Wrap had tomatoes on it and we were given whole sliced tomatoes. Also no ranch that was supposed to come with the wrap. Just disappointed. Also wasnt told there was a service fee on cards. The total i was told wasnt what i was charged. Waste...

Dean and Sue, the owners, are terrific. The bar staff is still trying to keep up after 15 years of ownership. They are great as well, BTW. This place is the true Milwaukee corner bar. I am from the panhandle of Florida so I know about Fried Chicken. This place has an awesome fried CHICKEN PLATE. The difference is also how the atmosphere is. I can walk 1 block away and it is diff'rnt. GREAT PLACE WITH SMART PEOPLE. ...

It's a neighborhood bar that welcomes all! You need to visit, just to experience getting to know Dean. Errr, put some ear plugs in, he's a loud talker. 😁 Chances are he will remember your name if you come back. Bartenders are great and social. Food is better than average bar food. They have awesome daily food specials. Don't forget to spin the wheel for a free drink or other specials. A Must when...
