Shotzy’s Country Rock Bar II | West Allis — Restaurant in West Allis

I had the best burger of my life at Shotzy's 2 last night! The Spicy Bacon Bleu. I love a Bacon & Bleu, but the spicy twist on this made it even better. The bacon was perfect, the burger was cooked exactly like I asked, and I could tell they used a high quality blue cheese. Compliments to the chef!! The building is quaint and radiates historical character and personality. It's situated in a cozy area of West Allis, super convenient to get to. The staff are welcoming and engaging, and took great care of our group. The ballroom and dance floor upstairs are one of a kind, I can't wait to DJ and dance here again and to see their coming...

My husband and I decided to try this place for some drinks and food tonight. Horrible mistake. We walked in as most of the few patrons were leaving...a snow storm, so not expecting it to be busy. We sat and waited at the bar for several minutes while the bartender closed out people's tabs. Understandable. But then another group of people arrived after us and got served right away. The bartender then proceeds to clear the opposite end of the bar of empties and looked over at us multiple times in the process. She then went back to the other party since more people were joining them...and got them drinks too. We left....

Remodel was tasteful done. Lots of stools and TVs to watch in this basement bar. Very clean and the owner was great. Can’t wait till you get the music venue going. The food was very salty. I would recommend using a Cajun seasoning that less salty. Hoping they start getting the fresh not frozen wings soon. They just opened a couple months ago and I am sure they need to work out some kinks. Tip to the bartender that came on duty after the owner, never let a customer ask for drinks, you should be asking them. One of my pet peeves. Especially when the establishment was completely slow at that time of...
