Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in West Bend

Ordered pizza online for pick up. When I got there I was told the pizza was dropped and a new one was put in the oven. So I waited, not a huge deal accidents happen. After waiting for a while then was told that there was a mistake and my pizza was never actually remade. One of the employees offered to give me brownies for free because of the mistake. I said yes to the brownies and waited again for the pizza to be remade. Another employee handed me three items. The pizza that was ordered, the crazy puffs, and another item that I assumed had the brownies in it. Grabbed the three items and the first employee came and walked over to make sure I got everything. Got home and then realized that they gave me breadsticks and never gave me the brownies and the pizza was also undercooked and we had to put it in our oven. I called back and the response was that the person that handed me the order never actually read what I was supposed to get as an extra and just threw in the breadsticks but I could drive back and get some brownies. After waiting over 30 minutes past my pick up time at there restaurant, I wasn’t going to drive back again to come back home to eat undercooked cold pizza. I understand mistakes happen, but my experience tonight was mistake after mistake after mistake and then still my order wasn’t done correctly and then was given an attitude over the phone when none of it...

More often than not their hot and ready menu is a joke. Come during lunch time and no lunch combos ready when they aren’t even busy. Maybe they have trouble finding employees but then don’t advertise something you can’t deliver. Had to just leave the last 3 times I tried to get lunch there since it would be at least a 15 minute wait for something that is supposed to be hot and ready for a quick lunch. Pretty sad the amount of business they must be losing because they aren’t prepared. I have to also add now that against my better judgement I decided to try stopping for dinner this evening for another “hot and ready” pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. I should have known better when there were already 3 people waiting in the store. Waited 4 minutes for an employee to notice I had entered the store, and then when placing my order asked how long it would be. I was told about 15 minutes or so. I just left after seeing there was no pizza or crazy bread ready so I would be waiting for both items and have fallen for that trick before knowing it would be 15 minutes if I was extremely lucky. It’s amazing that a business can continue to falsely advertise hot and ready food when it’s rarely the case. July 15 A-day of appreciation. Today I needed to do some errands in West Bend. After I was done I decided to pick up lunch for my kiddos.. Use the app as usual and got my order placed, and not even giving it a second thought, I assumed I did it right. Well it turns out I did not. I placed my order for fond da lac store, so as I went in to get my order from the West bend store is when I noticed the mistake I had made. I apologize to the teller and told her I had to go and Get my order from a different location. I was so embarrassed. I wasn't rude or anything I was just in embarrased because I did something so careless. Just at that moment a man came out and said don't worry I can help you. I will make your order here and call and cancel your order up there. It's a 45 minute drive I can have a done in no time for you. I'll call up there in you'll have nothing to worry about. It was truly an act of extraordinary kindness. He didnt even re-charge me for my mistake. I had know idea he was the manager until a nice lady next to me told me. I absolutely love this location of little Caesars. I come here fequently for quick meals when we're out and about, and my kids love their food. The food is always absolute delicious!
