My boyfriend and I have always gone to this location because it’s closer to us than the one over by walmart. Every time we go in, Ryan (which I’m assuming is the manager) always without doubt, gives us the worst attitude. Tonight I went in with my boyfriend to try the new “ultimate sandwiches”. I love cucumbers, I wanted to get cucumbers on my sandwich but there was so much cross contamination between all the veggies (red onions all on top of the cucumbers) so I asked nicely if he could pick cucumbers that weren’t touching the onions. He responded with the rudest “what” as if he couldn’t hear me. So I repeated myself and he replied with “just ask for cucumbers”. At that point I looked at my boyfriend and we were ready to just leave.
We’re finishing up, my boyfriend doesn’t like getting his sub cut up because he hates sauces from the knife getting into his sub (ex mayo) As Ryan was about to cut his sub, my boyfriend asked him not to cut it, so he didn’t, but he rubbed mayo from the knife into the sub. This experience wasn’t the worst, but I’m so sick of his attitude towards us every time we go in. If he hates his job so much that he feels the need to be rude to everyone that walks in, he should quit. I’ve worked with food for so many years, leave if you don’t like it.
A side note: if you think about it, he’s is supposed to wipe the knife for cutting subs after each sub, what if someone was allergic to mayo or any other sauce? Simple things like that,...

what's worse than having your order completely messed up is having somebody contact you and tell you they're going to compensate you for it. My last order was done on the app through my favorites and were completely screwed up. I took a survey and I got a message from a Julie S. She apologized and asked to make it up to me. She asked for my address so that she could mail me some compensation and I never heard another word. At this rate I won't be going back ever.
