America's Pie West Chester — Restaurant in West Chester

I got this a few weeks ago. Delivered to me at 9:45, while the delivery was on time, the pizza was terrible. Nearly completely inedible. Like, I understand you guys want to get home and work sucks, but wow, way to earn your tip, delivery driver. Absolutely disgusted with the pizza. I have anxiety when it comes to making phone calls, so no, I did not call in to complain. Plus, why should i trust that the delivery driver isn't going to do it again? Huge waste of money. The sauce had even slid INTO the box, so there wasn't even sauce on half of the pizza.

Yesterday I ordered a half hoagie and crab fries. They gave me a full sized hoagie (I mean, thats fine). The crab fries come with the top of them absolutely DRENCHED in the old bay spices while the bottom of the cup of fries didn't have any spice. They tasted old, weren't very hot. I also asked for a side of mayo, which they provided by storing it in the same bag as the fries, so I got piping hot mayo. Yuck. The bread was HARD. I had to peel the exterior hard layers off just to be able to bite into it. Honestly, never want to order...

I have been a loyal customer of America's Pie since they opened their doors in 2010, and I was thrilled to learn that they had reopened after their recent fire. My family and I decided to stop by for dinner, and we were not disappointed.

One of the things I love about America's Pie is that there is nothing you can go wrong with on their menu. From their delicious pizza to their mouth-watering sandwiches and wings, everything is simply outstanding. Personally, I can never resist ordering the Thomas Wynn sandwich and the Honey Chipotle Wings, which are deeeeelicious!

What I appreciate most about America's Pie is their unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service. Despite the recent setback of the fire, the restaurant and staff have bounced back stronger than ever, and it's clear that their loyal customer base has remained intact.

First of all I stood there for 2 min before anyone helped me. There was only 3 people in the restaurant. The two employees seemed more interested in each other's conversation. I ordered one slice of pizza and a soda. The girl gave me the pizza on a plate after i clearly said I wanted it "to go"...then the soda machine ran out of syrup so I had to wait some more...finally got my soda and no one apologized for my wait...so I left.....got in my truck and took a bite of NOT SO WARM pizza!! No wonder both registers had HELP WANTED signs taped on them...I will NOT be returning....oh yeah the fountain soda machine is placed in such a way that when you pour your soda, you are standing right in the traffic area...bad design...not a very good place to...
