This business was unable to move past a small miscommunication from months ago and the message I received today after asking if they had certain inventory in was that “our business relationship is no longer a good fit”. My wife and I stopped in for the first time last weekend. We are always looking to find new sneaker stores. Alot of other places we haven’t had the best experiences. Whether the customer service wasn’t great or pricing was absolutely ridiculous. From the moment we walked into Soleville we were greeted and had some great interactions with the staff. I have never been treated so poorly after spending so much money. I went into the store to exchange a pair of new Jordan’s I got the previous day and have not worn for a bigger size and received horrible customer service. The man was very rude and refused to help or even offer to fix our issue. He told us we had to leave after we asked kindly three times and threatened to call the police.I will never spend another cent here.
