KFC — Restaurant in West Chester

Although the staff were friendly, they seemed like they didn’t understand how the orders were being displayed! Maybe they were new! We didn’t get what we ordered exactly both dinners were shorted biscuits even after we asked for butter and jelly and they said sure, they were out of the original thighs so I got legs instead, also I was shorted a side in my 3 piece order! We drive quite a while to get there , so it was way to far to drive back to get the order fixed! I have LOVED KFC since I was a kid! It is very hard to find one near by! And it seems more like KFC is going downhill from service personnel not caring to make sure orders are properly made! The chicken seems old and barely warm like it is sitting for too long! I think if the service was better like at chic filet and it came out hot and fresh ! They would still have a good business! Bad employees seem to be running it into the ground! I will be so disappointed when KFC goes under do to not caring if it’s good or bad ! It’s just a paycheck to the employees! I still Love KFC BUT WONT BE SHOCKED WHEN THEY ALL CLOSE DOWN! I usually go inside, but opted for the drive-thru. Now I understand why it's always backed up! The girl spent most of her time walking around with my food in her hand looking lost & confused. She held conversations with her coworkers instead of the task at hand. Then she handed me my food & says "Thank you" & disregarded me as if our business was done. I asked about my drink & she looked confused. Then leans out the window looking in my car like a soda would make or break the business. Who wants to steal a soda!? Then she asked what kind . . . really? It was sitting on the counter waiting. Then to make matters worse, i pull off & my wedges are stone cold! Who eats cold wedges/friesa? Everyone knows they can't be reheated, wasted money & time.

Please people, beware of the drive-thru at this location and I personally will NEVER make that mistake again. Now don't get me wrong, I understand sometimes you have an off day, but it seemed as though she was having trouble with each customer,...

It was the worse place i have ever ordered in my life for real!!!! I get the chalupa box right and there's no meat on the chalupa so i go in to tell her there was no meat in the TACO she said it doesnt come with meat!!! So i guess you Just get the shell with lettuce and cheese haha lol i dont know rocket science but im pretty sure thats not right! Then the guy at the counter tells me he didnt make that i can see for myself he is right there taking orders again im know rocket scientist but when you go to taco bell you have to go straight to the counter and tell them why you are not happy with your order. THEN..i telp them the loaded potatoe griller i ordered has potaties has hard as a rock no lie it hurt my teeth when i bit into it they need a whole new crew for real this is ridiculous!!!
