Pizza Tango — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

If I could give negative stars I would....I have never order from here and wanted to give their establishment a try and it was a horrible choice. I called to place my delivery order and gave my address and name and had a few questions for the young woman on the phone which she was unable to answer. So she passed the phone along to a make who immediately got on the phone with irritation in his voice. I still give my address again and name and ask a few questions about menu items and he was cutting me off while I was speaking and talking over me. He then proceeds to tell me that he does not know if he can deliver to me because I am not in heir system. And I let him know yes I am aware I am trying to become a new customer and he then says “oh no we don’t come in that area” and I let him know the young woman on the phone informed me that hey do deliver to my address. He then proceeded to tell me “oh we have problems with your area” and I asked how was that possible if they don’t come to this area as he stated. He then began to argue with me about not delivering and I expressed to him that it was NOT right for him to treat me a NEW customer or at least trying to be a new customer nastily due to whatever other experiences he may have had from other customers. That’s not how you conduct business. So they will never get my business in person delivery...

I just called this place and I was trying to order a small pizza, I was told by the owner he says.. I was told medium was their smallest pizza.. He told me after adding a can pop my total will be 20 dollars cash with delivery charge.. All I ask the ower is how much is delivery charge. HE REFUSE TO TELL ME AND TOLD ME TO CALL HIM BACK WHEN I WAS READY..... I called back and he still wasn't interested in taking my order.. The Ower of this place was very disrespectful to me and All I ask was how much is the delivery charge..??? TRY ASKING AND SEE WHAT YOUR...

I like the pizza.But there shouldn’t be 1 person only working there should be 3-4 people who work there,2 for cooking the food,1 for taking the orders, and 1 for delivering the food.and the man who is taking the orders he is just like lazy and he is just always on his phone and there should be sizes of the to-go boxes a...
