Burger King — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I ordered two 10 piece nuggets through the drive thru. When I received my food, they were warm, so I asked if I could have them cooked fresh. Kimberly the cashier became agitated due to my request. She smiled and said yes, walked away (not realizing the drive thru window is slightly open), and called out "Puta!" I know a little Spanish and now understood that she was unhappy with my request. I told her that I understood Spanish, she came back to the window and asked what I said. I repeated my statement of understanding Spanish, so then she walked away but made sure that she closed the window. Now I am angry and uncomfortable, if someone will get angry at such a small request I can imagine what they are doing to the food now. So I asked for my money back and the manager's name Beleam. The manager Bobby Joe is very rude and hung up on me because his staff missed and item in my drive thru order. I called him to tell him my experience he showed no empathy and said I wouldn’t get a refund unless I was in store. He said the only thing he can do is write my name down for the next time I was around I could pick up the Spicy Bk wrap “free of charge”. I told him it’s not free because I’ve already paid for it and now my son didn’t have dinner. I asked him how else would I be refunded for my inconvenience and he just hung up on me. I called this location back 3 times and I was purposely ignored. This Burger King has horrible service and it clearly stems from management. They don’t care to double check if items are missing. I had to ask for ketchup napkins and zesty sauce for my onions rings. I’m very disappointed. I will not...

I frequent this place very often, but the final straw for me to write this review was my horrible service for a delivery. I had ordered a delivery, payed 40 dollars, waited an hour, and my food never arrived. I was not refunded or compensated in any way, and I can guarantee you that what I ordered couldn't have costed them more then 10 dollars. (They raise their prices here if you order delivery, to make a quick buck or something)I'm really disappointed. I'm not trying to scold or express my hate, I just wish I wasn't so let downed by burgerking.
