I tried placing a large order over the phone. No one answered called multiple times the call eventually didn't go thru. Went to the store to place the order no one greeted us no one was in the store as we entered. As i told the young man that came up to the counter it was going to be atleast 15 pizzas he basically rolled his eyes. Called over his manager "Kobe" to tell him " we have to put all this in" with grief and sigh noises. His manager had airpods in his ears. I asked if there phone was working and they said no. I asked the young man behind the counter who was in charge he pointed out the person with airpods in his ears. I'm disappointed because I worked at Little C for 3years as an assistant manager and I'm very upset how I was taken care of and I understand the frustration and fast pace of the job but this was ridiculous. Placed an order online at 10am on 2/5/20 for 11am they have been open since 10:30 am. Everything was fine till i checked the pizza to make sure it was what i ordered : "Extra Cheese, Jalapenos and Bacon." They ended up putting Ham on the pizza. The pizza looked delicious till i noticed it was ham not bacon. They can't get the online order correct in advance. We have been a frequent and long-time customer of this establishment for many years since all our students love pizza and ask for it when completing a milestone or as lunch when returning from a field trip. But after a terrible experience I just had with the so-called “Manager” of this location, we as a school and staff will be boycotting this company for good.
Just to ask for a missing receipt, I had to jump through multiple hurdles, call multiple times, get hung up on, and stay on hold for more than an hour in total—only to finally deal with a Manager who had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever experienced in customer service. As a fast food worker myself, I understand the challenges of working with the public, but refusing to provide a simple fax or email copy of our receipt without even pretending to help was not only lazy, it was downright disrespectful. She wouldn’t give us her name, refused again to send the receipt, and then hung up on us.
Her behavior was disgusting, and if this is the type of “leadership” Little Caesars allows to run their stores, then the entire company should be embarrassed. We will not only stop giving this business our money, but we will also make sure everyone in our community, every school we work with, and every organization we partner with knows how horribly we were treated. Little Caesars just lost hundreds of guaranteed bulk orders for good—all because of an incompetent, rude, and unprofessional manager who clearly doesn’t deserve to be employed anywhere near...

Okay i head out to location and decided to go thru drive thru since there was only one car waiting 15 minutes pass and i looks like no one was acknowledging the drive thru so i pull out and park on the side of the building. Okay they have ppl waiting in line to place orders. Maybe another 3 minutes of waiting there, as i was called next, i told them i placed an order to pick up employee rings me up and goes check for order only to ask everyone on the back where was the call in order that i arrive to pick up .. Okay .. I dont think they notice i can hear everything so i step outside to grab my phone and when i go in the manager was telling me that my order was placed at 12.05 and it 12.35 that they had to throw it out because it was waste .. Im telling the manager okay i understand but i was waiting in your drive thru for 15 minutes and you told me my order was gonna be ready at 5 and now i gotta wait when i was already waiting.. Ask for corporate number he was on his phone and walk away and told employee i didnt want my order .. Lie never said nothing.. The employee in this case had more sense then the manager he was doing his best to get my order out ... Manager tells me his store manager said to look it up online for corporate number.. Seriously...Dont waste you time here because they dont look like they ever have anything ready specially in peak hours.. Hot...
