4 stars for food, -3 stars for service.
The waiter served with no smiles and didn’t even stop and look at you when he asks “so you want the check” or “boxes”. When I asked to complain to the restaurant owner, the waitress jumped out to defend the waiter and said, in her words, “you want the dish and we give you the dish, and you want the box then we give you the box. What else do you want?”. I swear when I asked to talk to the restaurant owner, I was smiling and didn’t yell or anything. The waiter and the waitress in the picture self defended so hard that they were accusing me for not talking to them but wanting to talk to the owner, and their attitude was pretty clear that they thought there’s absolutely nothing wrong with their attitude.
I’ve been here before so many times and I remember so clearly that they have one other staff that is so friendly and helpful. In the meantime, they have others that are so ignorant of what their job actually is and are with such bad attitude.
Again, 4 stars for food, and -3 for the bad services that the two waiter/waitress had towards me.
I’ve never left bad reviews like this on Google or Yelp. I also would never imagine the waiter/waitress would attack my inquiry to talk to the manager or restaurant owner and tell me that they are all very good waiter/waitress. I swear, again, that I was smiling and only making the request without any bad words. It’s very unfortunate that the waiter/waitress believes in what they did is correct.
Edit: just remembered one more thing the waitress said to me, as an evidence of how she understand doesn’t her job. I said “I’ve been here many time...” and her immediate response was “oh really? You’ve been here many times? Why don’t I remember ever seeing you?” Oh well...do I need to show you my credit bill? In any case, her response was very immature and not...

I (female) came here on 4/10/2023 for dinner. As we were being seated, a male customer was leaving and held his phone upright directly at me, as if taking photos, before quickly exiting the restaurant. I immediately felt violated and brought this up with our waiter, who said he’d tell his colleague. His colleague was dismissive and aloof, and responded only with his claim that he could not do anything about it. To make matters worse, we were told this customer is a regular who patrons the restaurant at least weekly.
My goal in relaying this incident was to alert the restaurant of such behavior from the customer and so they can have the information needed to keep their restaurant and other customers safe, ESPECIALLY if this suspicious customer is a known regular. I understand the restaurant staff are not law enforcement, and cannot take any legal action in response.
I told the colleague of my intention, but there was no change in course of action from his side. Neither our first waiter and nor his colleague ever even TRIED to acknowledge my experience, nor did they make any effort to contact their manager or owner to hopefully better deal with the issue. Literally not even an ounce of concern was shown.
Staff needs training to say the least, but beyond that, they need to develop some basic human decency and empathy. If you decide to visit this restaurant, please be vigilant. For reference - the guy who took photos was Asian male in his 20s, around 5'10", skinny, had hooded and monolid eyes, and...

I'm not a massive Chinese food fan, but when a hangover hits, it's like, "Okay, Chinese food, you're up." And guess who always saves the day? Yep, ML Kitchen.
This time, I didn't have the classic hangover excuse; I just had a serious hankering for their Chicken Lo Mein. So, I DoorDashed it - extra chicken, of course - and threw in a veggie roll for good measure.
ML Kitchen's delivery game is always on point. The food arrives hot and ready to roll, even if I'm not nursing a hangover. The Chicken Lo Mein, though, oh boy, it still hit all the right spots. The chicken was tender AF, and that veggie roll? A crunchy, fresh delight.
ML Kitchen is officially my go-to Chinese spot, especially when I'm not feeling my best. What seals the deal every time is that when the goods show up at my door, they're piping hot and fresh as can be.
In a nutshell, whether you're craving a hangover fix or just some seriously good Chinese comfort food, ML Kitchen is the real MVP. The Chicken Lo Mein, with its juicy chicken and flavor explosion, is my jam. No doubt, ML Kitchen has earned its spot as my trusty sidekick for satisfying those Chinese...
