I haven’t had the opportunity to actually eat the food. The food looks appealing and the atmosphere is nice. However, my rating is solely based on the customer service experience. I attempted to use this location for a work catering event but the run around that I got was truly disappointing. I went in 3 days in advance to ask questions, see/possibly sample the food, and to make sure I would be able to place my order onsite since I would be paying with cash. Left that day satisfied. Returned one day ahead of event and was told by staff that they couldn’t perform my request. Everything had to be ordered and paid for online because they didn’t know how to work the catering system in person. Or I could go to a different location which was inconvenient to me since I work 5 mins away and planned on picking up the order. A manager was refused to be called since one was not onsite. After I waited 10 mins to talk to a manager when I first walked in the door and was originally told the manager was there but in the bathroom. I was basically left to scramble to figure out a whole new plan for my work event that was to occur the very next day. Not a good impression and I will not return to try the food since this left a bad taste...

Worst experience I have had in the food industry in my life. I ordered and got an email saying it is ready for pickup. When I get there, order was not ready, will be another 10. No biggie. After waiting for 15 min, I go up for pickup, they are still making the last wrap with the wrong order AND got all remaining wraps on the order wrong. I am a bit frustrated at this point as I am short on time, but I keep my cool. After some discussion, they agreed to fix my order. I ask them if they put onions on the idofries which I explicitly said not to put. Reply was yes, no onions. First thing I see when I get home and open idofries...onions. I paid for a drink as well and never got one. Had to run back into the store after pickup and remind them to give me one. This was all happening while the place was empty so there is no pressure here, there was just one guy that came, ordered, picked up, and left while I was waiting. If I am paying $50+ for fast food, I expect decent service at least. Needless to say, last time ever for me here.

They did offer me some extra falafel as some sort of recompense after wasting 45 min of my time there and still getting the order wrong. I will not be...

Today the Director of my department introduced us to IDOF. Walking into the facility, I was excited to try Mediterranean food for the first time. Upon entering, we were greeted by cold faces and cold attitudes. Now, I'm normally an easy customer and try to understand that everyone has off days, but my first experience was disheartening. The first words to them were this is my first time here and what do you suggest. I was ignored, the gentleman went and took care of something else , I had to repeat to him I was new to the food, and just plain made to feel unwanted. My co-workers were made to feel the same way. Although I will try Mediterranean food again, it won't be with this establishment. The nasty attitudes, the cold treatment, and not having a lot of things that they carry is unacceptable. Food was 1 star at best. Tasted like...

I don’t usually post reviews, but I feel compelled because it is unacceptable to serve moldy food to customers. Unfortunately, I was absent mindedly eating this in the car so it is possible I consumed some of the mold. I’m sure I will be fine but this is very serious and you need to be more aware of exactly what you are giving customers because moldy food is unacceptable. I really enjoy IDOF and this is the first time anything like this has happened but you guys need to be sure that nothing like this happens ever again because this is dangerous.

Excellent falafels and better than the ones at Naf Naf. The service was exceptional. Very courteous caring and helpful staff. They were very patiently explaining the options despite the crowd and in such a place this trait is almost never there. The only thing I feel that can be bettered are the sauses/salsa they have. NAF NAF ones are. Much better and perhaps the only reason to choose naf naf over this. I had a vegetarian bowl and costed about 11$ all inclusive.

I’ve been coming to this IDOF location every since they opened and sad to say that today is my last day after seeing an employee refill several buffet containers that hold the food without gloves on. Cross-transmission of organisms occurs mainly through contaminated hands. Clearly she not adherent to the sanitation protocol and needs to be retrained! With all that’s going on in this world with viruses, parasites and bacteria, this is unacceptable!
