I can't help but gush about Cinnaholic once again, as my obsession with this place has only grown stronger over time. On a recent evening, I found myself in the vicinity, and like a moth drawn to a flame, I couldn't resist crossing the street to indulge in my sweet addiction once more. This updated review is a testament to the fact that all the glowing reviews you've read are absolutely genuine, and you owe it to your taste buds to pay this incredible place a visit.
Cinnaholic consistently delivers a cinnamon roll experience that is nothing short of perfect and always impeccably fresh. It's a place that truly lives up to its name, and I, without a doubt, proudly identify as a Cinnaholic. While there are many delectable options to choose from, my personal favorite remains the plain cinnamon roll with a side of velvety vanilla frosting. It's a simple yet heavenly combination that never fails to hit the spot.
What sets Cinnaholic apart from the rest is not just the deliciousness of their rolls, but also the creativity and variety they offer. The ability to customize your roll with a range of toppings and frostings is a game-changer, allowing you to curate the cinnamon roll of your dreams.
But that's not all; Cinnaholic also surprised me with something as basic as their boxed water. I never realized that water could actually have a different taste, but this place somehow manages to make even the simplest things feel special.
In summary, if you haven't experienced Cinnaholic yet, you're missing out on a cinnamon roll revelation. The perfect rolls, the customizable options, and even the water all add up to an extraordinary experience that will keep you coming back for more. Be warned, though – Cinnaholic has the power to turn you into a devoted Cinnaholic, just like me. Your taste buds will...
Read moreThis was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Cinnaholic location. I am a long time customer at the Cinnaholic in South Loop (AMAZING) and have been there easily over 20 times. I love their chocolate chip banana bread. However, when I came to this cinnaholic and asked about the Chocolate chip banana bread, they had two options, (1) the single packed one I always get and (2) a long loaf. Because of how much I love it, I decided to get the long loaf. I asked specifically if it was the same recipe and item and was told yes by 2 different staff. So I immediately bought it. When I got home, I opened the container because it is in a hard contained and I was surprised to feel how hard the loaf was. I called and emailed and no one has answered me. I live in South Loop and I don't always have time to go up to where this one is. However, I have now sent 3 emails with no response. I even did the online contact email for Cinnaholic and the online team tried to reach this store to no avail. I told them via email I am fine with store credit it doesnt even have to be a refund. They are extremely unprofessional and I will try to reach out again for the next couple of weeks and if nothing happens I will contact my bank. NEVER go here. I genuinely thought this was going to be a good...
Read moreFirst, let me say the customer service is AMAZING. I ordered 4 buns and a cookie dough scoop. There was a wait (they felt super bad about this) as a fresh batch was baking up. I don't mind the wait, especially for something so delicious. It smelled wonderful as they cooked. There's water and coffee available while you wait. My buns looked so good I didn't know which to eat first. I would've taken a picture of my beautiful creation (he took his time to make each one perfect - I like attention to detail), but I didn't think of it in the store and I had a long drive in a warm car so they melted. Even more better, the icing soaked into that flavorful roll. Yummy. Oh yea, they warm up great. Originally, these were for friends to sample along with me, however, they are not as adventurous as I am and said they would prefer to be broken in on the plain roll. That's ok, more for me. Folks, I have 2 left. I'm just saying (hey, don't judge, I love sweets). Try them you won't be disappointed. Ordered: Sox, Cookie Monster, Apple pie, and can't...
