I really wanted to try out the Dominos stuff crust pizza with garlic and Parmesan. I ordered for curbside pick up but couldn’t figure that process out. There were several cars parked in front of the restaurant and I didn’t see any one coming out to check for pickups. I ended up just going inside. I received a text message that my pizza was going into the oven and the message specified that it would be ready for pick up in 8-10 mins. I didn’t receive a message when it was actually ready. Pros: The employees were friendly and my pizza was ready when I arrived. The garlic stuff crust portion of the pizza is really good. Cons: it was cold by the time I made it home 5 minutes later. The rest of the pizza outside of the edges was just okay. I really think they should add the garlic Parmesan over the entire crust to make it more flavorful. My son and I just ate the perimeter of the pizza. Also, I paid 20 bucks for a medium pizza that looked kinda small. The pizza would have been 6.99 if I purchased three items but that wasn’t an option because I didn’t want to just buy more food that I wasn’t going to eat. Overall, If you like Dominos I’d say you may want to give this pizza a try. If you are on the fence, I wouldn’t recommend that you go out of your way.

I’ve had 3 bad experiences back to back ordering from this Dominos online. I decided to call this time and order over the phone to perhaps get my order correct, but they never picked up. I’ve just resolved to stop ordering from Dominos until I move to a different store’s service area. What were my experiences? Let me tell you. Every other Dominos when I order light cheese, I get light cheese. This Dominos apparently decides the customer incorrectly chose “light cheese” and gives me extra cheese instead. Every. Time. There is in fact SO much cheese on my pizza that the structural integrity of the pizza is gone. I can’t even pull a slice out of the thing. It’s also not really possible to pull off just the extra cheese, so I end up not eating the pizza. The first time Dominos “made it right” by giving me a free pizza, but if the problem is in the execution, these points are meaningless. Again, the photos attached were both ordered light cheese and well done. I know this isn’t what that looks like from every other order I’ve done with Dominos. My order hasn’t changed, this store’s ability to make my order changed. ETA: Credit where credit is due, delivery is on time. But if it’s not something I’ll eat does it really matter?

This is literally how I received my pizza. This was also the replacement pizza after the last order took two hours to arrive they gave me a credit to make up for the poor service. It looked as if was thrown on the ground kicked and given to me… Now they issued me another third credit which I won’t be bothering to order with. Dominos corporate should look into this location as there are many issues with it, it’s hard to believe it’s still in business. With so many local pizza places in Chicago dominoes certainly isn’t special - it’s the familiarity, consistency, delivery times, and ease of ordering that makes dominoes even worth considering when you live in a pizza city like Chicago. The manager acted like it was no big deal “we just refund it or replace it” but now I have to spend more money out of my pocket to get another pizza because they don’t replace it an equivalent pizza of what you originally ordered just a standard two topping medium pizza as a concession… basically even if you ordered a specialty pizza with additional toppings they will still charge you for additional toppings, delivery fees, service fees to get the replacement pizza… basically there is no real free pizza for the poor dominoes experience.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

This location is a disgrace to the Domino's name.

I ordered pizza late Sunday night. Both pizzas were made incorrectly and drenched in garlic butter that I was not given the option to avoid. The "butter" which is in fact butter flavored oil covered the bottom of the pizzas. It was so greasy it made both my sons and me feel ill after trying a portion of one slice each.

Further, the first of the two pizzas was supposed to have sausage and mushrooms, it only had sausage. The second was to be a pizza with double ham. It only had 2 - 3 small thin triangular pieces of ham per slice.

According to the shift supervisor, the woman who took the order failed to put in double ham, so I was charged for one portion. Therefore in his opinion that was fine because I was "only charged for one portion of ham". Who cares that it wasn't what I ordered. I asked him to check the call recording as all their calls are recorded. He then asked me to text him pictures of the pizza. I guess he didn't believe me that they were made improperly. I obliged. When he saw for himself that in fact the pizza was missing mushrooms and the other was a pathetic excuse for a double ham pizza, he said that he would speak with his manager and call me back. That call took place first thing in the morning as the order was delivered at close to 1am even though the order was placed over an hour earlier.

Sadly that doesn't end the story. Not only did the shift supervisor fail for over 8 hours to call me back after purportedly speaking to his manager, when I called to follow up at 8:30 pm the next night, I was told they would do nothing as it wasn't the entire order in their opinion that was made incorrectly. I was then hung up on as I tried to explain that that was not acceptable.

Giving them the benefit of the doubt I called back thinking that it must have been a mistake.

This time, the shift supervisor asked if I still had the pizzas. He seemed surprised when I said yes. I am traveling from Canada and at a hotel. (So luckily they weren't thrown out by housekeeping as I had the do not disturb on the door.) The supervisor advised that he would then send a driver to come pick up the pizzas and only once the driver picked up the pizzas would he refund them. I waited til 10:30 for this phantom driver who never showed up. Leaving aside how inappropriate that suggestion even was in the first place.

I called back again at 10:30 pm. This time a new man answered the phone. He had no idea what I was talking about, then put me on hold for 10 minutes. I called back thinking maybe he forgot about me on the line. He did not. He simply had no idea what I was saying, (his words, not mine), so he put me on hold. When I asked for the franchise owner's information instead I was hung up on again.

AVOID THIS DOMINO'S, THEY ARE A DISGRACE TO THE BRAND

I wish I read the reviews so I could have avoided this disaster.

So I ordered from this location twice, and both times the service has been awful.

I ordered late on April 5th and it took forever to get my order. I dont recall how long it took, but what felt especially frustrating as someone who follows the tracker it has been on "Quality Check" for what felt like 25-30 minutes.

However, the only reason I'm writing a one star review today is my experience on today's order. (#767) I ordered it around 5:30 and did not receive a pizza until 6:30. Which I could forgive if I didn't talk to a rude, stand-offish, and unapologetic liar when I called the store for help.

The tracker updated my order to complete without being delivered. I called the store and after about 3 minutes of being on hold a man answers. I tell him I have questions about my order that says it's delivered but it's not. I have to ask him what I need to provide to help me.

He does look into it, but comes off rude. He lies when he said my driver is pulling up to my front door. I believed him and ended the call.

I decided to call the store again after waiting in my building's lobby for about 7 minutes just to get an update. I am on hold for about 4 minutes when I hear the call picked up and then immediately disconnected. It's clear they saw I was calling about 10 minutes later after they told me my driver was about to pull up and decided not to be helpful. I called back to address this behavior but ended the call (before I could probably be hung up on again) after being on hold another 3-4 minutes because my driver eventually showed up.

The driver was nice. She apologized for the delay, actually gave an explanation as to what happened. There was an issue with the app today that took her to the wrong address initially. I told her she did not need to apologize for that, but whoever I talked to on the phone was very rude.

Just to be clear my understanding is this explanation excuses why it was marked "completed" prior to delivery as I saw on the tracker she went back to the store and marked it complete.

So this does not excuse the man on the phone who lied to me and gave me false information.

My pizzas looked edible and they did taste fine, but while they weren't cold they were lukewarm and way below the standard any place would be proud of upon delivery. I'm not gonna say they are cold because according to another review for this location they harassed someone else who left a review who said their pizza was cold. So while it wasn't frozen I can say with confidence my pizza was "not hot".

My advice to any customers reading this is do not go to this location. They don't care about you.

My advice to any managers or owners who read this is don't spend 20-30 minutes "Quality Checking" a two pizza order but instead quality check the person who answered my phone call, lied to me, intentionally hung up when I called back for help, and led me to giving this one...

If I could rate this, no stars, I would. I ordered two pizzas today as well as some Parmesan bites. Now the piece that I ordered was a pan pizza Alfredo sauce with mushrooms and chicken. When I open the box, you can tell that it wasn’t a pan pizza it was flat like a thin. I had never had an issue with them before so I decided to call. This call took place at about 2:35 P.m. I was asked to send pictures to one number I did .Then they told me to send pictures to another number. This is after I called after I sent the first pictures. I got the manager OMG!!! He is so disrespectful on so many levels. Once he received the picture, he said that was nothing wrong with it. I said well you can tell that it’s not a pan. The bread is flat like it didn’t bake all the way. This was his words to me.” That’s what you got that’s what you ordered. You will not get a refund. You will not get your money back. What is wrong with you people”?? Of course I’m stunned because I can’t believe this man just went off on a customer which is me like this. I asked him what was his name. He said oh I’m not giving you my name. Now he had already confirmed he was a manager. He sounds as though he’s either African or Nigerian. I’m African-American. I wanna know what you people are you talking about. Then to yell and tell me what you’re not gonna do I said are you out of your mind? Is something mentally wrong with you? I said you do know that the calls are supposed to be recorded. He said he didn’t care Then. Continue to say nothing is gonna happen to happen to him and if I’m done, I can hang up. Clearly, there’s something mentally wrong with this manager, and I feel that not only the employees but customers should not come in contact with him therefore, he shouldn’t be working for Domino’s ever again. Now I’m not gonna tell you. I was the perfect customer my own phone, especially after you got yelling at me, but he should not represent any company as a manager or anything. I made my complaint two different ones to be exact And I’m waiting on my callback. Moments after I file my complaint, I receive a message from the first number that they told me to text the pictures to. And it said looks great. Glad you enjoyed it. I hope they do listen to that call and he should be fired immediately. I will not order another pizza from that establishment and that store ever again and I have been a customer for years and has never had an issue...
