I was down to only one gallon of gas and still had a distance to go and more errands to run. I immediately turned in to fill up!
I had not had my morning coffee yet before dropping the kids off, so I was elated to the Dunkin/Citgo combination!
After being sold on grabbing an entire breakfast combination that included coffee, I turned to finally pay for some gas but were informed that the pump I was parked was not working, along with 2-3 others!!! Geez... The only operating pumps left had huge commercial trucks filling up!
From the looks of sleepiness on the driver's faces, it was obvious it was going to be awhile as they filled those large tanks! Now, the newly purchased hot breakfast has become insignificant!!! I was back on a mission!
Although the ladies inside displayed wonderful customer service, it was quite DISAPPOINTING that I could not complete the 2 for 1 stop the business was designed to offer!
I saw the situation as an opportunity for me to slow down and Google a MORE affordable gas station nearby that was not $3.99 a gallon, and I definitely did!!! However I found myself stressed, scared, and praying the entire time as I drove there that the little gas I had left would take me!
Once my vehicle made it and filled up, I was able to relax and calm myself... But, my breakfast was now COLD! 😒🤨
Had I been able to take care of everything at the Dunkin/Citgo I would have been well on my way, taking care of the first errand on my list...

I showed her the app, order number time i ordered and place where i ordered. She said “ im not giving you anything because i did not get a receipt from my machine so go”. At first i thought it was a misunderstanding but then i realized they really were not going to give me my coffee that I PAID for. They probably gave my order to someone else or lost the receipt and just tried to blame me for it. I don't care for some of the other staff members here as they seem more interested in their phones instead of helping customers and build this Dunkin up. Kind of hard to place an order when the cashier is talking on his phone with his air pods in. Only reason for the 5* review is because of Mary. She is going to bring this Dunkin to the next level.
