Read the negative reviews before going. The bartender, a middle aged white man, was the most racist individual my wife and I have ever seen.
We visited this place on Friday - 08/19, slightly after midnight.
He first refused to serve us tequila because "he didn't have any", and purposefully ignored us for the 10 minutes following our enquiry. He was very calmly engaging in conversations with other customers sitting right next to us at the bar, while we were clearly trying to get his attention.
After what we thought were moments of banter, he did finally pour us a drink of tequila, looked at us right in the eyes, and immediately dumped it in the sink with a stern look.
Very shocking experience. A high level of racism I never thought I would experience in this part of town. I advise everyone...
