The manager was not attentive at all. She didn't want to give me the code of the bathroom until my husband didn't have the order in his hand. How is this possible? He was in the line and I really needed to use the restroom. It was frustrating and I cried for someone to help me because I was about to have an accident. While all the employees were nice and they agreed with me, they couldn't help me. I was able to feel they all were scared of her. I want to clarify that she was yelling at me and giving me her back while I was talking to her. She didn't want to give me her entire name. When she told me her first name, she laughed at me because I didn't understand, I asked her to spell it for me and she answered: "you went to school, you spell it". How does she knows I went to school? And if I didn't get the opportunity to do so? After all of this, she treated me, offering me to go to the other side of the counter to solve the things in a "different way" meaning to solve the things physically. This is abuse. I would have never imagine that this could happen after years of being a Mc Donalds customer. Not only I felt abused and scared, but we also realized with my husband that some part of it had something to do with my skin color. It was easy to realized that if I would have had her same skin color, she would have never treated me like that. I hope you do something about this situation. Abuse and discrimination are a big deal, moreover coming from the manager of customer service. I am also asking for more information about this person to be able to go to the police and report her. Read moreEmploees were very kind and quick to fix any issues. Our order got messed up because of us. My sister expected them to bring the food out to our table. Therefore, she did not go up when she heard them call out our table number. At this McD's, you need to get buzzed into the bathrooms, but only because of a very rough customer base. They can't be leaving the counter to deliver food to the front room without more staff coverage. It's annoying, but I get it. They are trying to make it safer for everyone. I very much respect this management for making the process just a bit safer and less chaotic for their employees. The young ladies at that front counter were impressively kind and respectful of every customer and issue they dealt with. Their employees were motivated and efficient.
They could use a full time social worker to deal with clientele trying to scam more/free food from them by eating 3/4 of a large fries, turning the remaining 1/4 into a ketchup with fries caserole, and then walking up to the counter, dumping it on the floor as a prompt for demanding a new large fries because they were dropped at the register. This is exactly what the counter employees are dealing on a constant basis. Give these workers some grace. There is a lot of incoming struggle, stress, and extra burden they are dealing with the best way they can and are being professional and kind.
