Raymond's Hamburgers & Tacos No. 1 — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

If I had to I wouldn't give them stars. I've been coming here for years. Today I placed an order to go. The workers there take my order in English all the time with no problem. The lady who took who my order took it many times before. But today was different cause I had a hair in my taco dinner. The first one I ate, no complaints. The second one I ate after swallowing I started to gag like I had hair by my mouth. I try and pull it out and it was entangled with the meat from the back of my throat. My family saw this happen. I walk a block back with the half eaten taco with the red hair in the napkin. So I tell the one who I assume runs the place the "Luci" the lady who took my order came to me with a nasty attitude and ask me in Spanish "what's my problem" I told her there was a hair in my food. She proceeded to act dumb and ask "que" and I repeat myself. She talks to me again in Spanish and I told her I dont speak Spanish, you were talking to me in English taking my order perfectly fine earlier and now you dont know English? So she asks me again what's the problem in English and I show her the hair and right away she closes and snatches the container. She gives me $6 back cos I ate one taco instead of offering me a full refund. Plus no one there wears hair nets nor gloves when...

I tried raymonds No.2 before (which is amazingly good). This time we wanted to try this one to change it up but it was a bad idea. First off a lady was stading up asking for a bag and no one acknowledged her till she asked the cook for a bag. Second the cook was calling out the waitress because she needed to take our order which she replied to "I'm eating". Once she got to our table she just asked what we wanted without a hello. She brought the food and we were missing our fries and jalapeños so whatever we didn't say anything. The cook once again called her out and told her she was missing our fries and that she needed to take the fries before our tacos. She replied saying "they didn't asked me for fries" screaming at him and he showed her the note and told her the fries were in the note. Once she brought the fries, she brought the two jalapeños we asked for and they were disgustingly burned, once again we didn't say anything we just left them there. To top it off no one came to check up on us. So no we didn't gave her a tip. The food was amazing except for the burned Jalapeños but the attitude that we were given for no reason loses...

i ordered 3 steak tacos with cheese and lettuce only… pretty simple right? when i drove off i notice no cheese was on my tacos but there was also onion. i drove back to get it corrected. the man at the counter could careless about helping me. i waited about 20-30m trying to get the food fixed. they let me know all of the steak meat is made with onions and i would have to order the “ribeye” tacos which would be an upcharge. i politely asked for a refund. and they guy said “really for $12” like who treats paying customers like this?? after you already messed my order up?? i didn’t get serviced so of course i want my money back regardless of price. they continued to tell me i can’t get a refund because they don’t know how to… ???? is this the way to run a business?? i asked for cash although i paid debit and they flat out said no. the guy at the counter eventually gave me a receipt that read invalid but insisted the refund happened (scaming) upper management got involved and told them to make the ribeye tacos to my liking as i am listening to hear the woman say this.. he hands me $12 cash. cmon.. do...
