I just had the pleasure of speaking to your employee, Mohammad. He answered the phone to assist me as I called to correct my Postmates order. (Which I'm sure is probably an annoying request) I was apologetic in my request and Mohammad assured me that he was happy to help. He even asked if there was anything else I needed... Twice, I believe! Friendly, professional, courteous. Pleasant tone of voice and genuinely just a nice person. This is for the West Covina location, off Azusa and Amar. I went the other day with my son and Jason was our cashier this day. He was very friendly, helpful and patient. Even when my card wouldn't swipe since the magnetic part doesn't work anymore, instead of getting impatient or upset Jason finagled a work around on his register so I could use the chip instead of the swipe. I was thankful for this since I didn't have any cash at the time either. We had only been waiting like 5 min when our food was ready, Jason brought it directly to us. The thing with Fast Food places is that it's supposed to provide food FAST for us consumers. Common sense here will show that, of course, these places will have some food "already made" to get us in and out. So, if you don't like that, just simply request for your food to "be made fresh PLEASE". A 'please' goes a long way.
