I went in and asked for about the specials to place an order. I decided to go with the mix and match. I asked can I have a pizza and Parmesan bites as my mix and match.m? I was told “yes.” I requested to have pan crust. After several attempts to input my order I asked “is there a problem?” The young girl said “the system won’t let me put that order in.” She finally figured out a way to input the order but the price was about $6 higher. She unbundled. the promotion. She was having trouble. After about 10 minutes of failed attempts the girl goes to her manager. The manager did not try to come help her or anything. Once the manager took over the girl went right back to making pizza! She didn’t wash her hands on anything! I explained the situation to the manager and she had a sarcastic attitude and smurk on her face. Come to find out the girl had only been there a month! Why didn’t the manager come help her? Why didn’t the girl know the special? I was disappointed and asked who the area manager was. The manager told me “you can call the 800 number! I asked “what’s the number?” Then she finally gave the number to me. She didn’t even give me the area managers name. I noticed a sign near the register with a supervisors name and number. Guess what? The number I was given was different than the one I seen on the sign. SMH. I called the number and the guy Edgar said “I am not in charge of that location anymore” How convenient right? I asked him who was in charge? He told me to ask the manager I was speaking with for that information. I went back inside and told her “Edgar said you can give me the supervisors number in charge of this store.”Like magic she gave me the number to the Supervisor. I left a message. I called Edgar back and he said “what number did the manager give you?” I told him the number and he knew who the name and number of the Supervisor. Edgar said “that’s not my store but you’re still a customer, so I sent her a text.”Unfortunately, the supervisor DID NOT call me back. What a surprise huh? I guess this is what happens when it is a franchise they can self police bad behavior. Great way to take care of a customer. Spend your money else where. Go to another Dominoes. Drive down the street and go to the other Dominoes on Hacienda, or another spot. This manager did not take ownership or try to correct the situation. Sometimes you have to step outside the business to give good service. Machines are replacing workers you would think people value their jobs. I understand the girl was new but she is a reflection of the manager. Who trains the staff? I guess germs and a customers time...
Read moreStormy or some kind of weather name said that if I get the $10.99 large New York pizza special I have to pay delivery of $5.99.... she said that the total is $23.50. Because the store's policy can NOT 🚫 delivery for anything less... she just bought a complain with the California department of consumer affairs for investigation of fraud. Anyone else that has been taken by any Domino's Pizza stores. Contact me and we'll make a class action lawsuit to show these little people that false advertising is AGAINST the LAW.... period...

Read moreSummer 2021...Since I moved to the area, I've been a constant domino's customer... today, I'm really disappointed... The large pizza is WATERd down flavor... Pepperoni is thiner, pineapple 🍍, no flavor; cheese=yuk, dugh not fully cooked, and sauce..as if pissed on... I want to think it's a one day issue. But I will hold any tips if next time I get the same; I'll go somewhere else... I only saw one employee fully greatful to be there, out of about 7+... Is it because of a long week end ??... No excuses !! We're paying customers, I'm sure another store will be glad to see us... It's September 2023 now 2yrs from my above post. This time they really screwed up a$13/$14 pizza, they charged $34+ dollars. That is highway robbery.... you should be ashamed of yourselves ZERO Stars 🌟 for you and to top of.... Hour and a half to deliver a warm soggy pizza. UNACCEPTABLE... worst service...
