Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in West Covina

Pretty good location. The people making the sandwiches were great and made some of the best sandwiches I've seen at a jersey Mike's. The only major problem is getting to it, it is difficult to see in the parking lot, there is also a road leaving the shopping center just before the turn to the restaurant so if you turn too soon you will end up on a one way trip to leaving the shopping center instead of goto the restaurant. If you do go the correct direction you will then find there are very few close parking spaces as several of them are dedicated to the UPS store that is in front of the restaurant that you need to walk past to get to Jersey Mike's so if the parking is full you will then need to make a difficult turn around to go to the more ample parking on the far side of the building (that is behind you in the opposite direction from where you need to walk to the restaurant). If you are reading this you may want to go straight to the larger parking area to the right when going to the restaurant instead of the closer parking on the left just to save yourself some trouble during...

1st time @new JM on Azusa & HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED 😞 Lettuce was discolored & wilted, 4 Tomato's left, asked for FRESH Ingredients, was told No because he'd have to open a new bag! He was very annoyed with me asking for extra mustard & salt! He made a BIG mess all over sandwich &wrapper! Asked for new wrapper & he made annoying faces & sighs & rolled eyes at me! I'm paying for my food & I should have it made HOWEVER I WISH! My bread was a discussing MESS due to him being so sloppy with Mayo & Mustard! Popped in to my favorite sandwich spot and was delighted to see the same crew I usually see working the nights. The young staff are always attentative and welcoming to myself and the other customers that come grab some food. I ordered the Original Italian this time and it was ready to go in a flash! I love this place and I am so glad that there is a new sandwich spot in La Puente/ West Covina area! 1000 percent reccomend to eat here for anyone looking for fast and friendly service!!

P.s. if you are looking to eat the Italian sandwich, asking for it on the grill is the way to go with Mike's Way. It makes for one...
