Ok first off this is an isolated incident. I actually love Arby's but they have been going straight down hill lately. This time, for example, they made me wait at the window for almost 6 minutes then finally came back to the window but without my food and to tell me it's going to take a bit and asked to pull up. I was in a hurry. Why wouldn't they tell me it was going to take awhile immediately? I could've canceled and been on my way. The fact they finally told me after 6 minutes left me stuck. So asked for a refund (which also took about 5 minutes. The sandwich was prolly done by then). So now I didn't have time to run somewhere else nor wait for Arby's. They starved me for the day.. UPDATE: maps asked for an update so here it is.. My opinion about Arby's hasn't changed. I still like them. However, they are very good at consistently messing up, but they usually take care of it and typically they do have (nicer) employees than some other places. First off, the menu is just so incredibly diverse. I mean, who doesn't want to choose between five different types of roast beef sandwiches? And let's not forget about the curly fries - they're definitely worth the extra trip to the gym to burn off all those calories.
And don't even get me started on the ambiance. The fluorescent lighting and outdated decor really give off a certain charm. And who needs soft music or comfortable seating when you have plastic chairs and a view of the drive-thru?
But let's be real, the real highlight of Arby's is the customer service. I always feel so welcomed when the employees greet me with a blank stare and minimal effort. And the speed at which they assemble my sandwich is truly impressive - it's like watching an assembly line in action.
All in all, Arby's is truly a gem in the fast food industry. 7.6 out of 10, would sometimes recommend. But only if you're in the mood for mediocre food and a lackluster...
